what they don’t tell you is that you can’t read the name when you adjust the collar to fit your dogs neck; they says that’s your fault not theirs and want you to pay to make it right. Terrible customer service. Clearly take no pride in their work and don't have any interest in delivering a product that's remotely what was promised. There are thousands of companies that do the same thing, shop elsewhere.

Don’t get me wrong the collar I ordered was great, however I didn’t receive everything in my order and was called a liar.They are going to send me the rest of what I ordered. But again without saying that it was in the original packaging. Which it wasn’t. I won’t be doing business with these people. They did not handle business well at all. Extremely snarky and rude. Not good for growing business. Would’ve loved to rave about them. But without having a sincere apology for their mistakes and not owning up to them, I will never do business with them again.
