“The kindest employees of any dollar general I’ve been to. They also limit Pokemon purchases so everyone has an opportunity to buy some. Great store but the people who work here are what make it great.”
“I love Dollar Tree so much better than Dollar General. This Dollar Tree, in particular is my favorite. It's a very big store with lots of items that other Dollar Tree's don't have. This store was clean and I loved how nice and friendly the cashier was. That's means everything to me. I left there happy with a smile on my face. I wish I could remember her name. Thanks, Dollar Tree, for everything.”
“I come in here almost every day! Today my boyfriend came in there and the total came up to 21 and some change he gave the cashier a 20 and a 10 an then said wait let me give you a 5 an give me the 10 back.. the cashier said their drawer would be short an they would be missing money… HOW? It’s 21 dollars and he’s trying to give you 25 instead of 30🤦🏻♀ yall need to do something about yall cashiers‼”
“The dollar store at 1324 north college Avenue. I hope that's the right one. They are very nice. It's always clean the employees are very nice. I've been going there about 7 years and I have no complaints. If you ask them go out they way, to help you if they're not too busy. The people that comment bad things, I guess they want you to throw up the red carpet. I am very happy with them, very good people.it is a awesome store I'm very happy going there”
“This is a decent Dollar Tree. They seem to be picked over a lot b/c they are located in a popular shopping center. I stop by here if I am in the area going to Walmart but I find they are constantly low on the holiday and craft items I usually need.”
“Great people wonderful service always! These peeps sure know how to put a smile on your face when you least expect it. One of the cleanest DGs I’ve been to and very well organized! You’ll forever have my service.”
“There's always inventory sitting in the aisles unboxed while the shelves stay empty.I'm editing my original review because they have worked out all the issues they were having with stocking & the amount of unboxed merch that was sitting in the aisles. Everyone's friendly & very helpful.”
“I was there on a 6 month the 30th of 2026 1:10 pm Jessica. She is very nice, very sweet, she's always helpful. I've heard her when I'm in line helping other people, she needs to be recommended she is very awesome. I put this post but it went to something else but I'm redoing it. I hope they appreciate her. Because it's always plain, but everybody there works together, but she is a very good person. Good employee. Thank you so much and thank you for being there. It wouldn't let me put it on here for some reason, it is on Yelp have a great day”
“This store use to be the worst dollar tree in town. Now it is the best stocked has so many items and much more. I was highly impressed with how clean and organized this store has become. This store also has two self checkouts as well.”
“I love this place. It beats the heck out of that large store or even that market when I just don't feel like the drive into town or the crowds. I really would love if they'd carry fresh fruits. Even a few veggies too. I enjoy looking at the garden goods when in season. Most of their seasonal Items are fun as well. The prices have gone up like everywhere else but I like the convenience. They need to bring back the dollar sliced salami and pepperoni. The chocolate salted caramels are the best.”
“I frequent Dollar General pretty regularly, and this location is by far my favorite to stop at. Store looks great, and the employees always go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied. This store sets the standard high for what others should be achieving. They do it right, and take pride in it.”
“Great place to get a cheap snack. I always hit up Dollar Tree before one of my day hikes. I usually get mixed nuts, jerky, water, fruit, and something sweet for less then $10. Not a grocery store more like a cheap gas station.”
“One cashier lady was on her cellphone while checking people out.. on speaker and the other very nice lady walked up and warned her she should hang up cause she can get in trouble. I guess the top dog was inside the managers office right inside the door.. pretty ballsy If you ask me lol. Other than that great staff and more selection and cleaner than elkins”
“I find the location of this store to be very convenient, being in close proximity to my home and allowing for easy walks with my kids. In the wake of our recent vehicle loss, I am especially grateful for this convenience. The staff consistently displays a friendly and helpful demeanor. I appreciate the option to leave my bags at the front of the store while shopping. The store appears to be well-maintained and clean. While there may be some carts ready for restocking, I attribute this to the store's high volume of customers.”
