“UPDATE: Jamison, Barry Michael, Logan and the team are great, responsive, professional & personable. I had an issue with my car that was a bit of a puzzle and as a drop in (quiet moment at the time there) they were so quick to and happy to help investigate. Since I had time constraints they couldn’t finish investigating but were great thinking out of the box looking into it odd noise. I Made an appointment so they would have adequate time to investigate. Issue was quickly resolved next day. The crew were great and I recommend Grease Monkey, on Crossover Rd — all the team wanted to investigate and resolve for me. Thank you. 5 stars Multiple vehicles in line may move quicker than you assume - not all are oil change appointments; they do other work as well. ????”

“I’m from another state and just moved here. All the reviews are correct. This place is amazing. They guys immediately went to change my oil and even took a step further and added air to all my tires. I was in and out within 10-20 mins. And as a woman I’m always weird about mechanical shops but that was t the case here. They treated me fairly. Definitely my go-to place now that I’m here permanently”
“Could have up sold me the highest priced package, but let me know last year’s oil change was the lowest prices as well. Checked my fluids, aired my tires and didn’t need to sell me an air filter because it was fine.( he brought it to me with a new one to compare and the young man was right, I didn’t need one.) Both men were super informative, so polite and took the time to answer my questions and explained what they were doing in real time! I have been going to them for 4 years now.
P.S. They don’t ask for tips but they will take them. They do such a nice thorough job. Offer water and you don’t get out of the car! Let the guys at Take 5 take care of you!”

“Place is great all these bad reviews though I see in some cases seem like people's own negligence. Times can be long that's to be expected tire centers at Walmart give eta's not exact times plus unlike some departments (such as 1hour photo) they don't tell you it will be fast especially is there's a ton of cars or they're short staffed, damaging your tire further when they have road hazard isn't covered by the policies as it becomes a you damaged them not the road at that point you need to pull over and put on a spare or call a tow truck if you read them you'd know, waiting longer and saying they didn't tell you anything so you wait longer it sends a text message to you when it's done so long as you provide a working number if you want them to say something to you directly and you don't have a working number they will page you so long as you don't leave the store and let them know, if you don't want to wait I recommend bringing someone to take you home or elsewhere to do something else. Also perhaps consider not coming in when you're in a hurry no ETA is accurate to the T. Also maybe if you people weren't such self-serving Karens thinking the world revolves around them they'd have better luck cause at that point it just sounds like it's karma biting you in the rear like you deserve cause please note technicians are also only human they don't move at the speed of sound like you might want them to and if you think you can do a better job do it yourself instead of complaining I'm sure they don't want you there in the first place. XD”

“Needed a new battery in my vehicle, so I stopped by and returned the previous battery and purchased a new one. Turns out, I gave some wrong information about my vehicle, and was recommended the wrong battery. Totally my fault. Came back in to have them install the battery themselves, all while assuming I would have to pay for a whole new battery because of my screw up. Instead, they refunded the previous battery (Which I had installed, so a return was unlikely without manager approval) and set me up with the new battery almost free of charge! Completely grateful for their help and patience. Service time is slow, but their kindness and helpfulness more than makes up for it!”
