“The postal workers are friendly, no doubt. I’m new to the community and the first time I walked in, they made me feel welcomed! I had an issue with an important package recently. There was an attempted delivery, I was home, the security door was knocked on quickly, 5 seconds later, the post man walked away without once ringing my bell or leaving a notice. All cameras picked up the full incident. I was disappointed and would not be available to collect it another time! It would have been returned back to sender. I called frustrated, someone answered and delivered my complaint. Surprisingly, a few hours later my bell was rung right before the snow storm hit, and was handed the package. Thank you for listening to your customer and making it right. Truly appreciated how this issue was handled. I know you have a time constraint and delivery quota. But please, ring the bells and wait a few minutes. This way you don’t have to redeliver. Again, thank you all for what you do.”

“I had an exceptional customer service experience yesterday! It was my first time using this location, and there was a line when I walked in. Ian, the only employee at the counter, was incredibly friendly. He greeted the first customer by name and knew exactly what they needed before they even asked. The next two transactions were just as smooth, efficient, and warm. When two customers who didn't speak English came up, Ian went above and beyond to help them, showing great respect and assisting with their money order needs. When it was my turn, I had questions about the best shipping options. Ian not only explained my choices but also took the time to pack my item, unfold and seal the box, all while I created the shipping label.

I cannot say enough good things about the USPS location in Springdale, Arkansas. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism. The customer service team here is truly outstanding, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Nick, Cheryl, and Kevin — absolute rockstars!
Mccoy was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Cheryl greeted me with such a friendly attitude that it immediately made my day better — she really goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued. And Kevin? A total pro! Efficient, respectful, and always smiling, even during a busy rush.
They work together like a well-oiled machine, and their teamwork and positive energy are contagious. I left feeling like I was genuinely cared for — not just another customer in line.
