“We lost tread on a trailer tire while going up US 287 on an Easter Sunday. We had no usable spare and wanted to get back on the road ASAP.I reached out to Skelton's Towing in Henrietta, TX and they could fix us up. The man with the money opted for something else, but I was impressed with Mr. Sketon's good nature and additional text messages suggesting the type of tire ply we would need when we did get replacement tires.The man had no need to do this yet his effort to help out even without a paying job is very commendable. I doubt if I'll ever be in the area again, but the fact that a decent, caring human being would go a few extra steps to help out some temporarily stranded travelers speaks well of the man and his business ethos.Thank you, sir!”

“Hit a deer 1 month ago. Was devasted and thought it'd be totaled due to how the damage inside and out was.
The estimator, Ismar helped me through the process and told me it would be a 50/50 totalled or not totalled.
To my surprise, it barely was close to being totalled. Ismar and his team got everything in order and fixed her back up! Looking amazing!
Thank you to Ismar, the receptionist who is very nice, and the labor team that did such an amazing work. As much as I hate car accidents, I'll be coming back here again, hopefully not soon though.

After this great experience I brought it in to have it looked over and to have the codes read. “Tyler with McKnight's came and moved our shipping container from behind The Bike Route. He did an exceptional job as he had to pick up the container and move it around a gas meter. He got it done and moved it to the new location and made sure it was level and operational before leaving. Not an easy job, but he made it look easy! Definitely recommend if needing to get a container moved.”
