Enjoyed our visit with the owners! They gave us a map and circled places for us to visit! Shop is just what it says, having a little bit of everything… a deli, sandwiches made while you wait. Touristy items, candy and fudge, Tshirts, small decor pieces. Love this place!!!

We were in such a hurry to take photos at Lake Weddington today that we forgot to put gas in the car.The red gas Empty sign came on when we were almost at the lake.We turned around and were arguing as to wether we should call Geico to ask for them to bring us an emergency gallon of gas when we saw this beautiful gas station like an oasis in the desert !I did not even know that they were there!

Whoever the young blonde woman is that’s maybe in her late 20s/early 30s and closes on the weekdays, is extremely rude and has the WORST costumer service!! Complete attitude for no reason.

I read the older testimonials and i must say, the people who run it now are friendly, cordial and all around great people. Always gas, ciggies and cold drinks available! Cleanest restroom west of the Mississippi river! :)

An incident happened in their parking lot and in store . I called trying to get ahold of a manager and the employees REFUSED, then refused to give me their own name, hung up on me multiple times.

The employees were laughing at me when I walked in the door today, clearly making fun of me. They were making comments to each other under their breath. After we left my boyfriend called and asked to talk to a manager, the “manager” was one of the ones laughing at me. He refused to give us his name, and wouldn’t give us the number to someone higher up.

Great store and they have no-ethonol gas. The grill food is wonderful. The only issue is that the guys who work there act as if you are bothering them when you come in the store. I try to just get gas and use my card at the pump because it's unpleasant to go in. But I live close by, and sometimes I need something inside, and have to go in. They do not like to have to cook at the grill, and they make you know it. They really don't like to have to bother ringing up your purchase, and they let you know that too. It's a shame because it's a great store!
