“Great place to live! Staff and maintenance are awesome and super friendly. The property is always maintained and clean. If I've had an issue that required maintenance, they responded quickly.”
“Perfectly located blocks from the University of Arkansa campus and the restaurants it's perfect housing. This property is owned by someone who cares and has a management company that takes great care of us. The house I live in is two stories and all the bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. It is awesome because my roommates can have people over and I can have privacy. I also love that it has a laundry room and half bath of the first floor. The property is also very pretty, there is a large courtyard with benches. I suggest this be your first and last visit when looking for a place to live.”
“Overall The Cliffs were a pretty good experience! Most people in the office were super good to deal with and really nice. We ended up having to sell our lease and move but even that was easy to navigate with their help. Everything was always fixed very quickly and the maintenance was very nice. I leave off a star just for the few times management was rude.”
“Sending a child off to college is never easy but I will say Niyah at The Cardinal made moving two states away an awesome experience for not only our son but put our hearts at ease as well. She is amazing. She is sincere, sweet, and super accommodating. When I had questions before move in she made sure to find answers and even called me on her day off just to let me know our son had parking at the complex available to him when he arrived. I can't say enough great things about her. So so happy our son is living in a place where there are people like Niyah who truly care about the student and their family!”
“The Locale is awesome!!!! I love that they have guest parking for the guests and does cool and awesome giveaways like a baseball jersey and Stanley cup! They also have a really cool and awesome leasing consultant named Gaby!!!!”
“As a new resident at Atmosphere, I feel very welcomed. Move in was simple and quick, the employees and front desk are helpful and friendly, and the actual apartments are nice.
The only reason why I am leaving a 4 star is because parking is difficult to get ahold of and figure out. I have no clue where I’d leave my vehicle if I didn’t have family close by. It’s not entirely the apartment’s fault, just something that’s a common struggle here.”
“5 Stars - A Great College Home for Our Son! Our son lived at The Academy at Frisco for the past three years, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. From move-in to move-out, Frisco delivered everything we hoped for in student housing and then some. The location is excellent - close to campus, his classes, and Dickson Street, which made it easy for him to get around without relying on a car. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall atmosphere of the complex is vibrant and student-friendly. I especially want to commend the maintenance crew and staff. They were always responsive, professional, and did an exceptional job keeping the property clean and sanitized -- no small feat given the size of the community and normal student activity. It gave us peace of mind knowing our son was living in a well-maintained, safe environment. The management team currently in place is outstanding. While the rent did increase slightly in his final year, we understood that as a reflection of both economic conditions and the quality of the property and its upkeep. When he first chose Frisco, we relied heavily on reviews -- some of which gave us pause. I'm happy to report that our son had a fantastic experience, with no issues whatsoever. For any parents or students considering student housing in the area, I highly recommend The Academy at Frisco for its safety, cleanliness, strong management, and great overall vibe.”
