“Lived in the YOUnion from my sophomore to senior year at the University of Arkansas and have mostly good things to say about my experience there living in a one bed room apartment. Only things I would say I had an issue with would be the noise during weekends and gamedays, but I believe you sign up for that knowing you are right behind Dickson Street. Additionally, I had my truck broken into and multiple valuable belongings were stolen as well. Fortunately, they added security cameras to the facilities shortly after I reported this. On the positive side, maintenance request were always completed fairly quick, they had their own trash service, the amenities were amazing, and most importantly it was very close to the school which was convenient. Lastly, I know almost all apartment buildings have something to complain about, but in my experience it was a great place to live during undergraduate and I would highly recommend anyone searching for an apartment after freshman year to look into the YOUnion.”

“Perfectly located blocks from the University of Arkansa campus and the restaurants it's perfect housing. This property is owned by someone who cares and has a management company that takes great care of us. The house I live in is two stories and all the bedrooms are upstairs with their own bathrooms and walk in closets. It is awesome because my roommates can have people over and I can have privacy. I also love that it has a laundry room and half bath of the first floor. The property is also very pretty, there is a large courtyard with benches. I suggest this be your first and last visit when looking for a place to live.”

“Sending a child off to college is never easy but I will say Niyah at The Cardinal made moving two states away an awesome experience for not only our son but put our hearts at ease as well. She is amazing. She is sincere, sweet, and super accommodating. When I had questions before move in she made sure to find answers and even called me on her day off just to let me know our son had parking at the complex available to him when he arrived. I can't say enough great things about her. So so happy our son is living in a place where there are people like Niyah who truly care about the student and their family!”

“I live in a duplex on Oakland Zion for 3 years and loved it. The neighbors were great and any maintenance issues were addressed immediately. Not sure why the others didn't call the office to have concerns addressed. I know some people just like to complain but the manager has no issues fixing anything. You just have to make the request and be available for the entrance to be able to fix.”

“As a new resident at Atmosphere, I feel very welcomed. Move in was simple and quick, the employees and front desk are helpful and friendly, and the actual apartments are nice. The only reason why I am leaving a 4 star is because parking is difficult to get ahold of and figure out. I have no clue where I’d leave my vehicle if I didn’t have family close by. It’s not entirely the apartment’s fault, just something that’s a common struggle here.”

“Had the pleasure of living at Frisco for the past 3 years while in school at the University. The location is the best in all of Fayetteville, the building has tons of nice common spaces, events are held all through the year for residence, and the highlight and heart of this place is truly the staff. From maintenance, to management, to the front desk, the employees at Frisco make the place feel like home. I couldn't recommend it enough.”
