I have 6 accounts with arvest and this past week I had one of the worst experiences with this branchI went thru the drive thru and send in some cach to exchange it for bigger bills and the lady that was there asked for ID I-asked her do I need it if I’m just exchanging she immediately told me to wait and throw the money back into the drive thru thing and didn’t say anything after that I felt like I was profiled at that moment I called thru the drive thru then asked for a manager then I decided to go inside when I went inside she went and hid in the back when I asked for her name no one will give it to me so I time a picture of her as soon as she got back then Brandon humphires “vise president “ of the branch comes to me and said you can’t take pictures but never ask me what happen can he help with anything no instead he turned the whole problem to me instead of asking about where the issue was and why I’m taking a pic of his teller from the first place I’m still gonna report this because no one should have to deal with this what so ever and profiling people is not right at allThis was the poorest way to handle the situation from a vise president of the branch I will most def follow up more into this

I’m furious right now I need to transfer money into my account from my crypto Tomorrow morning (it’s Saturday) I’m missing out on thousands because of this I hate banking with Arvest you need to be open 7 days a week!!!

I have had my two business accounts and personal account with Arvest since 2006. Lately, the service is TERRIBLE. The branch people are not properly trained and the contact center is almost as bad. Opened a new business account with a more personable local bank today. I’m done with Arvest.

I opened my first bank account here and got the friendliest agent. Sandra answered all my questions and made sure I knew she was there when I had more. Great bank. ??

I love this bsnk, but trying to call them not so much!! I used to be able to call directly snd someone answered the phone. I’ve called 3 times with an automated answering machine snd been on hold over 25 min each time!! Ridiculous!! I just have a question!!!!Elaine Bozarth

I tried to call this branch, but it sent me to a call center where I sat on hold for 8 minutes. I needed to get something notarized for a closing, however we are not members there. Once I connected to the call center I explained to them that we are new to the area and haven't opened up an account with a local bank, but still needed to get something notarized. We were planning on joining there once we were together.They called this branch and spoke to them while I was on the phone with them. They said we could come down and get it done, but were turned away at the window. Wasted not only my time, but also we almost missed a closing because of it.Now I will not join that bank. As a business owner I understand you do not run a charity and it's considered a member's benefit. However, there is something called Customer Service and you all dropped the ball big time. Luckily for your sake I will still close and I didn't lose the property.I will be joining a small bank that cares about it's members.
