Insane interest rates and tellers that don’t know what they are talking about. Will be looking for another bank to pick up my auto loan

Drive-thru, tried to cash a check, the teller said she doesn't cash checks of that amount would have to go into the lobby. Lobby was not open for another hour. Drove to another Arvest location...cashed the same check in their drive thru. Inconsistent.Tried to get ahold of a person both onsite and on the phone for three weeks to close an IRA. Get the run around every time. Cannot complete my business needs.

The ATM swallowed my debit card with no option to get it back and no button to get assistance. I spoke to a teller, who said this happens regularly due to a bug in the ATM's security features, and that they have no way to retrieve my debit card, because Arvest ATMs are administered by a separate company. I have to go to the Arvest on Joyce or Crossover to have another one printed. I spoke to another Arvest teller who said he personally does not use the ATMs because of this bug. This is unacceptable.

This location is extremely slow and has now messed up one of my check deposits and I am now having to file a dispute because someone does not know how to type in numbers. I will not be returning to this location to deposit money again. As a bank I should not have to wonder if they will read and type numbers correctly, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Friendly helpful people. The Arvest Bank on the corner of College and Township must not have a phone or phone number. I tried calling and got every place but there. EVERYONE acted like it wasn't in existence .

I have 4 business account preferred club account which means I use this location a lot and I always deposit cash into my account today what looked like a recent added member to this location wouldn’t confirm the name on my account after I gave her my account number she said it’s for security reasons if I was pulling money I would understand but I’m depositing and it’s a business so it could be any of my employees depositing it for me or someone making a payment and she wouldn’t even confirm the name with them for security reasons and that only shows me that my security has already been breach because I deposit cash several times a week and I was always told the name in the account and I had to go ro a different brunch and they actually did the same thing and they confirmed the name without any troubleWhat’s the policy here or do employees just like giving us a hard time for nothing

Arvest won't change the name on my account even though I have provided my SS card reflecting the name change as well as my driver's license showing the name change. They said they need some other vague "document", but won't tell me what exactly.. I guess my state issued and federally issued documentation wasn't substantial. The clerk I talked to was fairly rude during the encounter and would not clarify what type of document I needed to bring in and kept referring to my legal name as my "preferred name". Startlingly incompetent.

ARVEST won't let you post on their FB page. That's unfortunate, because I'd really like to congratulate them for their spirit of community and acceptance in hiring low functioning, intellectually impaired individuals who clearly wouldn't be able to get a job with someone who actually expected their employees to be able to demonstrate competence and provide customer service.
