Went here to get a document notarized which they say they do if you have an account with them, which I do.They wouldn’t notarize it because the notary needed to verify my mothers signature on the form and my mother does not have an account. She then told me to go to post office because they could notarize it. Went to post office and they said they don’t notarizations at all. What an absolutely worthless experience. Will be switching my buisness bank account to a different bank. One that is actually useful.

I was a little set back this morning. One person was working behind the counter. The guy was doing his best to keep up with everything all while six woman who worked for the bank stood behind the people waiting for assistance talking about popcorn machine placement. It's pretty bad when you get the feeling that the banks priority is not the customers depositing money into their bank daily but instead it's a party. People and what impressions you give to those people do matter.

I highly suggest taking your banking business anywhere but Arvest , they truly don't care about people as they claim , their main #1 concern is money and procuring it by any means possible ! If you're seeking terrible online banking and someone to take your money from you and keep it over bogus fees then Arvest Is your Bank. I had an account with Arvest for 18+ years I even had a (Free Blue Banking) Account through them, I had issues accessing my ( Free Blue Banking ) for months on numerous occasions and then they sent me one notice that if I don't make a deposit or withdrawal they would shut down my account, I deposited $20 dollars and was still having trouble accessing my (Free Blue Banking) and when I went into the Bull Shoals AR. Branch before they shut it down to cash a check I got major attitude from some douche named Steve who worked there and he had major attitude with other customers as well. I went in there again to withdraw my remaining money a lil over $20 dollars and they said they kept it for fees..... Fees for ( Free Blue Checking ) that I wasn't even able to access for months before they closed my account and my local branch after doing 18+years of business with them with very little warning..... They didn't even renew my Debit Card. They've closed down many of their locations, MHO Arvest Bank is a scandalous institution not to be trusted ....... Beware .......

I have been trying to resolve a fraudulent charge on my Arvest credit card for over a month. I have tried calling twice recently only to be hung up on after sitting on hold for 30 minutes plus. Weeks ago I filed the original claim and was told i would be contacted 7 to 10 days later. Not a peep from anybody. The absolute worst customer service.

I have a car loan through Arvest and all they do is mess up. There is a reason I don't bank with them. i have been consistent with my payments and timely, and yet somehow I am charged with late fees. I have to take time out of my work day to fix their messes, which takes away from the money I have to give to them. DO NOT BANK WITH ARVEST.

Incompetency at its best. They don't communicate with the customer and they fee you to death. Stay away.

I wish I could give negative $1500 stars, as that's how much money Arvest has charged me in overdraft fees, without even notifying me. They have refused to refund me any of it, even though my accounts were CLEARLY linked and they therefore should have taken the overdrafts from the savings account into the checking. Within a span of 6 months, they didn't notify me, and allowed the money to pile up at $5 per day, plus the overdraft charges. Corporate greed at it's peak here! I urge you to take your money literally anywhere else - perhaps choosing a bank with a less ironic slogan would be a good start. My attempts to reason using logic were met with unprecedented stupidity. WORST BANK EVER.

This is a cool location because it is in a historic building.
