I had the best experience at Aspen Dental. I was seen in a timely manner and everyone was so kind. The Dentist did not waist my time and addressed my immediate problem. I will definitely be going back and I would highly recommend them.Update...Today, I went back to Aspen Dental to get a tooth extraction. I came home and took Tylenol to ease the pain that started when the numbness started to wear off. The pain is gradually getting worse so I decided to call the Dentist and after 8 calls that went unanswered at the office and no answer from the emergency number which I waited for 15 minutes before hanging up, finally the receptionist called.I explained to her how bad my mouth and right side of my face is hurting and she told me to take Tylenol which I stated I already had but it isn't helping. She then said that I could come back to have it looked at but they won't prescribe anything for pain. She was so rude to me and lied.I was there before for a tooth that was infected and broken and was given antibiotics and pain medication. That was 6 days ago.How dare her lie to me and tell me my pain isn't valid. I was in tears on the phone.Do not go to this place. They do not care if you are hurting.

I was on vacation here in Arkansas and started to experience some horrible pain in my mouth. Almost emergency level pain. Aspen Dental in Fayetteville got me in the next day. My insurance wouldn’t cover any of the work and their prices were so friendly it didn’t hurt my wallet at all. It was honestly shocking. They extracted a tooth and set me up for future care in Ohio. The staff was so kind. The service was quick. Couldn’t recommend more

On last visit, the dentist who worked on me scheduled me for my visit today while I watched her blockout a 2 hour time to do removal of old crown, prep and temp plus fix 3 small cavities while that part of mouth was numb. Upon arrival, I was told they had only scheduled me for 1 hour and it was too late in this benefit year to do the crown!!!They knew the time of year well in advance to get the work entered in the system for billing and payment, even though the work would not be completed in this benefit year!!!Tired of being told one thing and not having it followed as I was told!!!Love the dentist and assistants that are at this clinic, just seems as though the office staff are not up to par!!

Honestly, I have a tremendous fear of dentist and dental work. Aspen Dental got me in the next day and was able to extract a tooth that had been bothering me for some time. They were able to put together a full plan to continue my dental work and got me Care Credit to help me pay for it. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I'm looking forward to smiling again with confidence!!!

Awesome place! First off, I have Dentalphobia. But everyone was very understanding and took great care to explain everything. They were also were concerned about my pain levels as I had 2 infected teeth extracted. Dr Emily was super caring and as tender as extractions would allow. If you are looking for a dental office choose this one. They’re open Fridays unlike the other guys. They take walkins and emergencies. What else could you ask for! Highly recommended!

I had a bad chipped tooth happen at night and was able to get an appointment the next morning. I truly appreciated how welcoming and thorough the whole team was during the visit. I left with peace of mind of how to fix my tooth and a better feeling for my overall oral health. This place is wonderful and I would highly recommend!

They made my anxiety and fear go away with their calming words; they were all very kind and helpful with my questions about my care. I do wish they could have done my cleaning during my initial visit but understand that they were busy

Problems started when I called to make an appointment and since i’m on my parents dental insurance I gave the lady all the information over the phone. She then proceeded to ask for my fathers social to run it through insurance and when I told her she didn’t need it to run the service she got defensive. Saying she does this every day and that it was needed to be seen, I also work in insurance and it’s not needed if it’s not a government funded plan. When I went in she miraculously got it to run through the insurance without it, go figure. I went in early last week because I was experiencing pain in my gums in the back of my mouth and thought I had gotten something stuck up there. Went in and they did all the regular new patient stuff like scans which took a little close to 45 minutes and I waited for the dentist. She looked said she didn’t see anything but it looked irritated and I told her I thought there might be something stuck like food but she said there wasn’t after looking again. Left the office in more pain and the next day it was so bad I had my roommate help me look in mouth and with a pair of tweezers she pulled a massive popcorn kernel out of my gums. Its appalling that this was missed when I was in the office. After she pulled it out I went to another dentist to make sure it was all gone and I didn’t do any damage with my home removal and the other office said there was no way she could have missed this. I’ve seen alot of dentist over the years having implants myself and I’ve never been to an office as bad as this one.
