I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this store. I went in to get a new iphone, the salesperson talked me into switching plans and assured me that it would save me money. Now my bill is almost twice as high as it was before. I trusted him and he even had a manager come over to confirm that this change would save me money. I feel like I was scammed. I'm considering switching to another cell service.

The employees were great, but the store didn't have my screen projector and they couldn't check with a near by store to see if they had one in stock.

Did not listen whatsoever I said multiple times I did not want an e-sim the worker didn't listen and activated it the second my phone wouldn't load something. Very disappointed along with giving us a number that was still in use we are getting messages from air lines and other businesses the number that was supposed to be 10 years inactive is still is being used. I don't know the name of the worker and I don't want him in trouble but this was the worst experience I've had

Would not go back to the Fayetteville store again. Our technician was Justin. He talked more about his wife and his personal life about her loving heavy rock bands and got my grandson into talking about them too period by the time I. Left there. I did not know what I was paying. He assured me that it was going to be less when I got home. My husband looked on. The AT&T site the first bill is going to be a $100 more just about and the second 1 is 60. We are a longtime customer of att about 40 years and we are now thinking about switching companies. This is not the first time that this has happened with Justin. I did not realize it was the same person. I was dissatisfied last time. I went and gave him the benefit of the doubt no more.

Worst and funniest experience. We called at 1:45pm just around the store to see if they had a product available. It was on car speaker while we tried to get some information and the employee who obviously hated us, told us he could not check any other stores and only offered through the mail and just hung up on us. We called the other store in Roger's and we actually waited longer on the hold but got an employee with an bone in their back to help us out and tell us about other stores inventory and help us out in our situation. I wish I knew their name but obviously they knew better to make sure we didn't. Maybe let's not hire just anyone.

Horrible. They will sign you up for fiber without you agreeing to do that, Stephanie will anyway. After doing that, it completely messes up your at&t account, where you can't access your account, bills or anything else. It has been a nightmare. So good luck at this store!

The store is absolutely useless. The employees are nice, but this company is dreadful and the customer service lines are no help. I spent 4 hrs in the store over the course of 2 days trying to get our phone to work with no success. The employees just call the customer service line; I could do that myself. I went there for actual help with my phone, not hours of waiting with no progress. They will try to sign you up for their internet plans even when you already have service with another company. I'm sure that's due to pressure from management to meet goals. Overall, relatively pleasant staff just an awful company.

Woke up to a broken phone, went to the att store expecting the worst. Stephanie proceeded to give me the chillest phone store experience ever. Not only did she fix my phone because it wasn’t actually broken (I’m just dumb) she informed me of my trade in value and how cheaply I could get a nice upgrade. Helped me pick one, helped me get it set up, and sent me on my way. All this in the span of 10 minutes. Felt like a dream. Thanks Stephanie.
