I was told by agent of ATT store in Fayetteville Arkansas that I would receive a FREE phone and when bill arrived I was charged $750.00. After multiple phone calls I was told . Sorry you lose.

Anthony, the manager, has exceeded expectations and made the experience top notch. I was able to get fiber and internet. He is a very good communicator and a patient listener. I also got DirectTV and he helped with that too. He also made me aware of some additional discounts and that helped as well.

My entire experience with AT&T has been nothing short of extremely frustrating. Sept. 15th I went to a different AT&T location to get a hot spot. I don't have a phone plan with AT&T but wanted a mobile hot spot. This first location (on Martin Luther King Blvd.) set me up with a hot spot account and sent me on my way, telling me I would get my FAN pin via email within 48 hours (you need this pin to access your online account). After the 48 hours, I returned to the store explaining I hadn't yet gotten the pin. They said to "keep waiting." After multiple days, I then went to this AT&T location. While I was there, I explained I needed unlimited wifi for my hot spot. The woman working explained that the plan the other location signed me up for was incorrect so she switched me to a cheaper plan but confirmed it'd still be unlimited wifi. I then called customer support to get my FAN pin. While on the phone, the woman said I had been switched to a 50 gig plan, not an unlimited. So, once again, I went BACK into this location where they changed my plan back to the original plan I was set up with a week prior. They then explained the first AT&T location should've given me this FAN pin before I left after my initial purchase (which did not happen). I have since called AT&T customer support FOUR times to get this pin. The first two calls after being on hold for 30+ min were dropped after minutes of talking to the rep. The third call, I made on a Sunday and was told I had to call back Monday-Friday because the team that resets pins isn't in on Sunday. She told me she would call me back the next day to complete this (shocker, I never received a call back). So here I am again. On my fourth call. And I have now been told it takes up to 30 days for my email to appear on my account and until then, they can not reset the pin because it will be set to my email (since I don't have a phone plan with AT&T and they can not text the pin). So. Now I will have to call a 5th time within one month. And on top of that, I will be billed at some point (date TBD because I can't access my account) but I will have no idea how much I will be charged until it has hit my credit card because I can't access my online account (and I was told since my account changed 3 times-because of poorly trained staff members-my statement will be higher than quoted, which is super fun to be totally unaware of the said price). I am thinking of ending my service with AT&T because of this headache.

The service was great. I waited maybe 2 minutes for someone to help me. I had to pair my phone to my insulin pump and he was very helpful.

Greeted immediately upon entering store and there were other customers being attended. Staff courteous and knowledgeable.

Told my partner that we could get their 1 gig plan for $55 since we live in a competitive area. Once the guys come and get everything set up, we realized they had signed us up for the worst internet plan and we still have not gotten this fixed as they have told us not to go in person and then added our number to a new enrollment call list and now we are playing telephone with different departments. Very displeased and never had to go through a fraction of this with Cox.

In store was great. I was told that my bill would show a $20 decrease and when I checked on Sept. 6th it had went up 7 more dollars WTH! Not happy. I will be switching soon.
