Something simple turned into a nightmare was at the store 11/29/24 for a simple phone number change Roger the associate was not very helpful when i would ask questions made it feel like who works here and who doesn’t kinda thing so i just let him do his thing from on then was advised that I would have to call 611 to have them remove the previous number this was in fact not correct now 12/3/24 was told that I had to go back to the store miss few hours of work because I was told if not by 12/4/24 my service would be shut off because of instead of calling or asking fellow associates he added a whole new line to the account instead of a simple phone number change just the inconvenience of having to miss work to take care of something so simple but thanks to Jess the store manager was able to get everything straightened out in about an hour or so !

I walked into the AT&T store hoping to purchase AirPods, but my experience quickly turned into a nightmare. From the start, the staff seemed more interested in selling me internet service to earn their commission rather than actually listening to what I needed. I came in for AirPods and ended up leaving with an internet plan I didn’t want. To make matters worse, they repeatedly called me after I left the store, trying to push the same internet deal, even though I had made it clear I wasn’t interested if it was going to be that difficult. Fast forward to setting up the internet service, and the issues only escalated. I was promised a promotional pay discount, but when I checked back, there was confusion over when it would kick in, and no one could provide clear answers. We returned to the store for assistance, but instead of helping, the staff just kept sending us to different phone numbers to call because they couldn’t help us with the issue, all of which led to more frustration.When we insisted on staying in the store until the issue was resolved, things got even worse. The manager, Jess, disappeared into the back room with another employee and left us stranded. Meanwhile, the technician who had been trying to help us spent 30 minutes on the phone with AT&T support, only for Jess to eventually come out and tell us there was nothing more they could do. She then told us to leave, saying we needed help from support directly, which would have been fine if they had been any more helpful from the start.
But what really pushed this experience into the realm of unacceptable was the manager's attitude. She became visibly frustrated and actually yelled at us, saying, “You got screwed over, that is what it is." She also blamed her employees for the issues we were facing, claiming she had no control over what they didn’t tell us. This type of behavior is not only unprofessional but completely disrespectful to customers.
I still haven’t received any follow-up or a callback from a branch manager regarding the horrible treatment we experienced. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this AT&T store, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. The lack of customer care, coupled with the hostile environment and poor communication, was simply disgustful.

TERRIBLE. Arrived at 10:53a. Store opens at 11a. Lady walks in at 10:58 and tells me she won’t be able to help me for another 15min. I asked why. “Have to set store and count cash”. I asked her how that is my problem since it’s 11a and the store is to be opened. She picked her stuff as I was talking to her and tried to walk away. Gave me the silent treatment. I asked why she couldn’t talk to me and she proceeded to tell me she would speak to me after she put her multiple bags away. I asked to speak to the manager and she proceeded to tell me she was the manager. Convenient. Avoid this store. HOW are posted hours of operation not honored?? Left and went to College location. FIVE STAR costumer service.

Toni is the GOAT. I went to another location to talk to someone about plan options + getting a new phone. Was basically told that they couldn’t really help me. Decided to try another location and not only did Toni get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, she helped me get a new phone, a case, and an Apple Watch. Love love love her.
