Toni is the GOAT. I went to another location to talk to someone about plan options + getting a new phone. Was basically told that they couldn’t really help me. Decided to try another location and not only did Toni get me a less expensive plan that fits my needs, she helped me get a new phone, a case, and an Apple Watch. Love love love her.

I was told I would get a free iphone with a trade in. I traded an iphone 11 in for iphone 14 in January 2023. After waiting 2 months they started billing me for new iphone 14 with NO PROPER CREDIT to offset the new iphone cost. It was not free and this store wouldn't fix their problem. The Manager of this store, Erick, said he could not help even though he admitted it was his sales guys fault. When I called 611 ATT support they said the store should be able to fix problem.Their mistake is costing me around $800!!This store is just a "AUTHORIZED STORE." It's not owned by ATT.Stay away!! They lied to me and would not fix the problem.Go to a "CORPORATE STORE" in fiesta square Fayetteville, AREDIT: I emailed person response below 3/6/23 with NO RESPONSE!

Came to do a return/exchange on a phone case and we disturbed the employee that was playing on his phone. Extremely rude and told us that he could not perform a return because his manager was not there. When we asked for the manager name to call and find out if he is working, he told us to get the f out of his store or he will call security. He was extremely rude to my wife and I in front of our children.

Visited this location last night around 6:30 PMCame in to do an upgradeThere was only one employee in the store sitting on the back corner behind his desk. He did not even bother to get up when we came in. We walked to his desk and informed him we wanted to do an upgrade to an iPhone 13 128GB. He then proceeded to tell me to move away from his desk, so I back up. He then said he would have to go back and check if he has any iPhones 13, once he came back he said he did not have any iPhone 13s in stock and he would have to order it. We were OK with ordering the phone and then I informed the employee that I did not want any next up or insurance on my phone. The employee got very upset and said we cannot get a phone if we don’t get insurance. He stated that he cannot let us walk out of the store without insurance, and that we can call AT&T once we walked out of the store to remove the insurance.Since we refuse to get insurance, he then said “ I do not want you looking at my screen and now I’m going to have to kick you out of the store” he was very rude, and this is no way of treating anyone! Being a sales agent means being able to sell to the customer, not obligating someone to get insurance. This agent was very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience with Hayden! He is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. We have followed him to a couple of ATT stores because he is so helpful. He worked so hard to find a solution to our unusual situation tonight. We appreciate him very much!
