Terrible service. I Tried to dispute a minor problem and never received a reply and now it's tarnished my reputation, like I said Terrible service on there end and no reach out to resolve the issue, I wouldnt advise using this service

Was not pleased with their shipping arrangement. They tell you on HIBID that they use third party shipping, Wacky Pack, but what they don't tell you is that no matter how small the item is, the shipping still comes to a minimum of $20 b/c they have to drive 40 minutes each way to pick it up, stick it in an envelope, and mail it. They call this the "handling fee." They don't give any indication of the cost. This is 4 x as much as the shipping is with other auctioneers. Only worth it for very high end or heavy items, but then again, who knows what the markup is on that. And they also add 3% for CC processing. Nickle and dime.

Terrible customer service. I have been buying from them for years with no problems but on a recent online auction they shipped my items to me and 3 items were missing which totaled almost $300.00. many attempts were made to try to contact them with no responce. Over the last year I have spent over $30,000 dollars with them.

Your on line auctions are terrible the web host kept going down and then it closed out about 15 items all at once and never gave you the chance to rebid tried to call and let you know you host was having trouble but you mail box was full and would not except messages. I will not waste my time again with this auction service

Don and Charlene helped a friend go thru a very troubling time liquidating her deceased mother's estate.
