This review is for the mobile app team. Hours of operation are still incorrect. The store hours are 9am to 8pm on Sunday. This is basic backend engineering stuff. This mobile app is the worst.

We brought our car by thinking it was a battery issue, and the team member was very helpful and knowledgeable and diagnosed it as the alternator. This was in the pouring rain about 10 minutes before closing. So grateful for such excellent customer service!

Do not buy parts from this store, I bought a power steering pump and had it installed turns out the pump was bad AutoZone sold me a bad power steering pump I had to pay for all the labor to have it installed and they are not willing to do anything to fix their mistake, not only did I have to pay to put a bad pump in I've got to pay to take it out and I've got to pay to put a good one back in and AutoZone is it fault from A to z they sold me a bad part and are unwilling to do anything to make it better beware do not buy from this company.
They cost me $1,000.
Now they have the audacity to reply and act like they care when I spoke to the manager on the phone this morning and he did not care one bit to help in any way shape or form the below reply is absolute malarkey and only put up to make others think they want to fix something that they absolutely refused to help with.
