Honestly most staff seemed nice. I had gone in last week to ask about some parts but the tech, Luke, was out so I left the info and waited for a call back as instructed on Monday. Call never came so I called and he had no info on me. Then treated me like I was stupid the whole conversation. Sucks cause they're down the street and that would've been convenient, but I don't think I'll be going back. Would rather not talk to the tech face to face.

I bot a sewing machine at B Sew Inn, Fayetteville. It brightened my whole day! Acadian (yes that’s her real name) showed me the friendly essence of the store, and i ended up going to a meeting of the Sewing Club! How did that happen? Im not a joiner, usually. Lovely ppl ?

Great people to work with. If are busy hang in there they will spend all the time you need and answer any questions. First time we went in was a couple of weeks ago bought a new machine we spent almost 3 hours asking questions and making sure we got what we needed. They answered every question wife even called because she was having trouble and they told her what to do and if fixed the problem instantly. Cant thank them enough for all the help will not go anywhere else in the future!

I took my Destiny sewing machine in for a preventive maintenance last week and was told it would take 2 weeks before it would be done. I really wanted my machine for a sewing retreat that I am going on in Minnesota and I told the staff at BSewInn if I could get it before I leave it would be great. Well, Phyllis and her staff took it upon themselves to personally deliver my machine to Springfield, Mo and I received my machine TODAY - a full week before I need it for my retreat! I am over the moon that I will have my machine for the retreat!! GREAT customer service - they exceeded my expectations!!! Thank you to Phyllis and her awesome team!!

Honestly? Disappointing.The staff may be knowledgeable about something, but it's definitely not the sergers they sell. They were looking at the instruction manual like a two-year-old studying Ikea assembly directions. When they were unable to configure the machine, they blamed their failure on "oh, our tech isn't here today."Frankly, the only reason to come here is if they have the absolute lowest price on an item, and you are confident that you can have it serviced somewhere else.Given the complete and total lack of competence of the staff I met today, there's no way I'd let them anywhere near anything I own that's more complicated than a rubber duck that has floating issues.They were polite, which is fine. But I'm not paying you to be polite. I'm paying you for expertise and experience. That's literally the only distinction between brick and mortar retail and online shopping. Maybe another location has competent staff, but the Fayetteville location definitely does not. Very disappointing.

Wow--came in to have my brand new machine looked for a knee lever issue. Russell was very helpful and fixed my issue in just a few minutes and was super helpful! What I am so impressed with is that I did not buy my machine from them, but they treated me like I had. They will for sure be my go to for service and repairs for all my machines and long arm. They can also count on me buying my next machine in store FROM THEM!!! The shop was super clean and bright and had tons of machines on display. For sure check them out!!!!

Had a problem with my sewing machine and they were able to have me in next day to look at it and were able to answer all of my questions! I am incredibly happy with the service I received and I will go there with any other problems I have in the future!
