He even gave me the tools to use and advised me how to do my repair in the parking lot. I’m here on my own for medical treatment and I was extremely concerned about my truck breaking down and not being able to get to the clinic for treatment that day. I was back rolling in a few hours with awesome O’Reillys parts and phenomenal service. Praise God for the amazing help I received.”

“I thought I had a battery issue but employee checked battery and alternator and advised me there was not a problem with either part. Further investigation found an interior light on in rear of SUV that had been left in the "on" position. Light could not be seen due to luggage stacked for vacation. Thank you to O'Reilly for not just taking advantage of a customer and selling something I did not need.”
“My experience at O'Reilly in Springdale on 3049 East Robinson, hi way 412,was a really good one...we ended up having a bad battery after (Ty) the associate that checked it for us. So, we bought a new one from Ty and he installed it. Then one of the fuses blew and Ty found out that it had blown a fuse. He then installed the fuse on this hot hot day of July 4th '24. Thank you so much to Ty for going above and beyond and saving our 4th of July. Happy 4th of July to Ty.”
