My recent visit was better than most. They did not have the item I wanted in stock. However, I had 2 very helpful employees wait on me. That was a first for Best Buy. I ended up ordering the item online from Best Buy.

Best costumer service i have experienced in a very* long time. The General Manager was very comforting with service. All the staff members were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!

Layout is kinda strange is a very big building. Very busy, that i expected its right before Christmas, which is fine sometimes better someone not constantly bugging you, made my selection went to register had few questions, they were very helpful new cashier very nice and was on my way,
