The staff has horrible attitudes

I always get good service here esp with the blonde with glasses and young red head. The old employees need to be nice.When we all come in there always homeless people sometimes that aren’t nice and the bathrooms stay locked for a very very long time until one finally comes out. So we don’t even try to use there’s anymore.

A convenience store clerk should definitely possess people skills. In other words they should know how to treat people with respect. At least with some kind of common decency because they are in fact a human being also. With that being said the staff at this location lacks a significant amount of people skills. They like home training. They like respect. They scream and yell at people. In particular they treat people that are less fortunate than them like dirt. As if they already don't have enough dirt in their life. Then they got to have somebody working at a convenience store that supposed to have people skills treating them like dirt. Especially in this time we're all of our gas prices are grocery prices prices of everything is skyrocketing leaving our homeless people and those less fortunate further down in the hole than they already were. People y'all need to get it together. Learn how to treat people. Cuz you cannot have that job at that convenience store for lack of respect etc it could be in the same position. You don't know what people are going through.

Alright. So I'm giving this place a 4 star because generally when I go there, everything is fine. But this morning, I ran in to pay for gas. I offered a 'good morning' and there was no response. I walked up to the counter and the guy was trimming his nails. Cool. We all gotta do that. I told him what I needed and he sort of stared at me for a second then punched it in. No words. I slid my cards, waited, he said something very quietly. (it's asking you a question). I answer the question on the keypad, take my card and tell him to have a nice day. No eye contact, no return words,just went back to cutting his nails. I rarely give a bad review and I really don't believe that this was indicative of most of the attendants that I encounter there.

Gas was spraying out from the gas hose from the pump on the other side of me onto me. It was raining at the time and I thought that it was rain blowing in. Then I smelled the gas and immediately let the attendant know. Not once was I asked if I was fine or if they could get something to help me wash off the gas, quite the opposite really. Sad that the first thing on their receipts say “WHERE OUR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST” when it is obvious not true.

Don't go here. They run a scam! They hold more money than what you put in gas. I spent maybe 22$ and there is a hold on my card for 50$ For the last 4 days!! I have never in my life had a charge held at a gas station for double the amount I paid in gas. How are they going to hold that much money! What if I needed to use this money and it's all I had left? What if I didn't have that money in my account then what?? That is completely BS. What a rip off!! Never again! Don't go here! Go to the thousands of other stations in that area.

THEIR IS A RED HEAD GIRL WHO IS GIVING OUT FAKE MONEY AT THIS PLACE SO KEEP AN EYE OUT ON WHAT CHANGE YOU RECEIVE AT THIS STORE!!! KEEP AN EYE OUT IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS WOULD DO, WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE WORKING AT THAT STORE AND WHAT KIND OF MANAGEMENT IS RUNNING THAT STORE. NEVER GOING BACK OVER THEIR KNOWING THAT SKETCHY PEOPLE ARE WORKING THEIR!!!!!!!! THOSE TYPE OF PEOPLE SHOULD NOT HAVE JOBS WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE SHE HAS DONE AT THAT STORE? OVERALL AHE SHOULD LOOSE HER JOB AND SKETCHY!!

Pre-payed for gas at this location since it was right off the highway, I had never used the pumps they had at this location and so I cancelled my order on accident. When I went in to ask the clerks about it they in all seriousness accused me of never pre-paying for my gas at all. After finally checking to see that I did pay they never apologized after the couple minutes I spent trying to convince them that I did. Very rude staff and found better service down the road.

I'm new to pumping my own gas, so I went into the convenience mart/flash market to ask for help. The woman working there (with great eyebrows) was SO considerate and kind, and literally walked me through how to do it. She saved me embarrassment, and made it really simple. It meant a lot that she went out of her way.

Was sitting at pump texting my brother on a slow night clerk comes out and tells me to move i told clerk im gonna pump gas after i get off phone. This clerk totally discouraged me as a return customer .
