Lots of time for the employees to chit chat, not as much time to help people who would like to buy something. They should put the shoes out since the employees don’t want to help anyone. Go to the Dillards at Fayetteville mall, at least they’re interested in making a sale.

Patti in the James Avery department went ABOVE and beyond for me. No one else wanted to help me (probably because of the way i was dressed, or even because the holiday season is so draining for retail workers) but she stepped in and walked me to the department i needed to be in, gave me GREAT advice and taught me about the product i was interested in. She said she’s been there 12 years and you can TELL. with the amazing practice of patience and customer service she brought me peace when finding the struggle to ask for help. i hope that company is treating her well and paying her what she’s worth. so grateful for people like Patti! you don’t get many like that.

The women’s clothing section upstairs is not to be missed. It’s MASSIVE! Also, this location just might have the largest juniors clothing department in the mid south!
