I called early asking if we can grab some boxes for moving. I used to work for Dollar General so I know that they let people grab free boxes after they are done stocking the items from the box. I talked to the GM and he was cool with me coming up in the afternoon and picking some up. After getting to the store I told a lady that I was there to pick up some boxes and she acted like they couldn't do that. I let her know that I already spoke to the GM and he was okay with it, she then let me know that he was a new manager and that the company usually wants the boxes sent back. I know for a fact that's not true. She said she would ask and went into the managers office to speak with him. She left me standing outside for awhile but I could slightly hear what they were saying. They both came out of the office after a long time and completely forgot about me and the reason I was there. I didn't catch her name but she was an older lady and was pretty rude. They continued talking to each other while I stood there being ignored. I just walked out and went elsewhere. Very disappointed and we won't be back.

This Dollar General location is absolutely disgusting. It smells like mold, is very disorganized, isn’t clean, and the shelves aren’t full with product, as well as rotated properly. Tonight I went to get a few things and when I got home and opened the can of cream of chicken, it was completely molded.Corporate needs to do better.

Oh no. The lady I posted in the photos wouldn’t let me in the store when they were still open.Had people in line and walking around the store.It’s Christmas Eve 9:55 PM store still open for 5 minutes and she had the front door locked.I was waiting in the cold until she Let a women out with 2 more customers in line still and she told me no.I said, “I just need to grab one thing” and she said, “no we are closed”So unprofessional. Even dollar tree would never let their employees pull a card like that on a holiday or not.

I’ve considered dropping a review a few times but kept giving chances. I came here at 6:40pm. They close at 10 pm. No sign as to why. No warning. The employees are at the registers. They could put up a sign or a reason. Now I see an employee leaving. They do not apologize and try not to even acknowledge you trying to come in.This is not the first time. I only come here because I have to with my circumstances to try to load my cashapp card. I’m always prepared. Fast. Forgiving. Kind. Coming here with a baby is stressful enough because it never feels safe. A lot of crime goes on in this area. Loading a larger amount of money, a couple employees have repeated the amount loudly I’m asking to load. As I am standing there as a single mother with cash in hand. This is ignorant or rude behavior. 1/5 times are my efforts coming here successful. Wasted time. Glared at. And extra unnecessary stress.Everyone has their own stuff going on so I try to give benefit of the doubt but it’s 95% of my many experiences here.Employees need additional training and probably more attentive monitoring.

Really don't like the fact that the employees treat the customers rudely. They seem to never honor the discounts even if it's saved in my digital file and the price marked in the back says with the coupon the price was 5.50 however he was charging me almost twelve and told me I was lieing Wouldn't go check to verify what I was telling him then proceed to act like me putting my number in for the coupon to pull up. I'm just so through with this location all together. It's always dirty and stuff cluttering the aisles and most of the employees are unhappy at work.

Great store, if they sold literal groceries I wouldn't really go any place else. The employees have always been nice and polite to me. Great selection on just about anything "needed".

Look often you get what you pay for. The case was true with alot of stuff from dollar general. I went n got some ear buds n speaker. The speaker was 20$ legit is was u get pay for still enjoy it tho. Isnt terrible for 20$ but i also got some wireless earbuds now they dont last as long because they use nickle cadium batteries instead of lithium. So the battery in the "slave" ear bud was weak after some charges its just as loud flawless 15$ get the quality of 40$ ear buds charger case n every thing. My charger case was dead so i opened it sry warrenty. Any way. They really are quality ear buds. I would like the mention the case does use a lithium cell even though the buds use ni-cad. I actually fixed it n have no complaints fantastic product doller general. I do wonder how long you had these though. Billards true wireless earbuds or something like that.

The d*** blond woman in her mid 50's behind the register is either very d*** or just a spiteful lonely person. I've been there twice to load money onto my PayPal on my phone. She would not simply scan the bar code on my phone then type in the amount I want to load and accept my money. Instead she insists on giving me the same blank stare my drunk mom used to give when she left this realm. I tried again today hoping she wouldn't be there because all of the other employees fulfill this task without issue. Instead she involved the manager and the manager is obviously uneducated as to how to load money to a phone so she acted like they can "NEVER" old money to a phone. Why do people get so complacent in life? Those two women are sadly exactly as far as there skills are going to lead them in life.

This store usually has wonderful employees but it’s always so messy and cluttered! You can’t push a cart around without running into stuff in isles.

Shelves are never stocked with products only bare shelves where items should be. Very difficult to find what you are looking for because aisles are not organized or labeled. I will say they are on point in customer service and care. Cashier's have always shown me respect and kindness.

I was so so so disappoited when shoping in this store today. It is not only messy but the cashier is very rude and unprofessional. a male cashier checked my item today. I put on headphone when working. I had to ask hime twice for that. When I paid by card. After seeing " remove card", I thought my transaction was done and got my item and was bout to got out of the store. It turned out that it was done. I need to confirm something which I have never experienced in any other stores. The matter is that, the casheir called me back rudely, like "hey, come back" as if I am a thief and did it on purpose for a 5 dollars thing! I came back, done what he requested and he said more about receipt coming out bla..bla... I just think that, did that happen because I am a Asian? And, How the store manager can hire a cashier with such an annoying, unprofeesional, rude attitude? If this store staffs keep behaving this way, they are gonna lose their customer. Really bad!
