The clerks were very rude about my card, I have money on it . they tried to blame me for this problem that my card wasn’t going through. It was my fault. It was their fault. Their machine wasn’t working and they never apologize. They just kept blaming me.just rude . so I ordered my stuff from Walmart. You will never receive my service there anymore. You can thank your clerks. That’s in Johnson, Arkansas.

This is by far my favorite Dollar General to visit! The employees make an effort to keep it clean and have really cute displays that shows off what they have during the season. I asked for recommendations on their headphones and was told which was their favorites as well as the policy on returns if I didn't like the pair I got. Overall always a pleasant experience!

Some of the staff are very helpful and nice, others though, are very rude and derogatory towards customers. Very often, its an over 5 minute wait in line, coupons rarely work and advertised prices are rarely, if ever, honored. Most of the time, its not worth trouble it to stop. I stopped in to pick up a few items after work today. I don't know what their employees have been doing all day but it sure hasn't been stocking shelves. I have never seen the shelves this empty. There was a pallet of stuff in the middle of an aisle but no one had been working on it. I left and went somewhere else. This is not the first bad experience with this store in the last few months. It used to be a favorite. Not anymore.
