Outwardly prejudice employees which is ironic because based on this stores marketing you would think they are free spirited and open minded.

While browsing the store with my wife and mother I was carrying a notebook I intended to purchase for my wife after I was done. One of the employees came up to me and wrongfully profiled me asking to hold the book at the cash register until I was done. There were around seven or eight other customers in the store and I'm the only one asked to keep what I'm carrying at the front counter? I don't appreciate being made to feel like a petty thief and I won't be visiting again.

Go back to your old format there wasn't any shirts to buy the inventory was very poor your loosing customers I miss buying my shirts in store

It isn’t that the store doesn’t have the things you know will be there…the incense, the clothing, the tapestries…it’s that the people that work there will have a full on conversation with each other without even doing so much as greeting you. The entire time you feel like you are encroaching on their space. They do nothing to make you feel welcome or make you want to shop there. I went in wanting to buy clothes and jewelry and walked out with nothing bc I couldn’t get any help. They were too busy talking to each other and never even looked our way.

Terrible experience. Tried to purchase $20 worth of items and the girl said she didn’t have $30 change to give back to me. What kind of store doesn’t carry $30 in change? Won’t be shopping here again. Waste of time

Loved the atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great to see that they promote management from within their ranks. Manager was courteous and helpful. Have had the pleasure of purchasing merchandise from her at her previous store.

I don't really know what the context of this conversation was, but I walked into the store tonight and overheard one of the employees saying something along the lines of "cleaning this isn't so bad once you've taken care of SPED kids and have to clean vomit out of their masks". If you didn't know, that is an incredibly offensive way to refer to special ed kids. To talk like this in general is offensive to many individuals, but in your place of business and in the public eye, it makes me really disappointed in the way members of our society refer to others.
