Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with the manager of the Enterprise location on College Ave. in Fayetteville Arkansas. I’d leave a rating of 0 stars if I could. My son had totaled his vehicle over the Thanksgiving holiday and we needed to rent a car for him. We couldn’t get a hold of USAA to authorize the rental through them, because of the holiday weekend, so we had to rent the car on our own knowing full well that we’d be covered. We rented the car and contacted USAA the Monday after the Thanksgiving holiday and they authorized coverage for the rental retroactive to the date that we signed the contract at Enterprise, according to their agreement with Enterprise as a preferred rental company. We have full rental car coverage through USAA. We kept the car for about a month, turned it in and were SURPRISED to receive a credit card bill in excess of $940 toward rental car insurance. I contacted Tori, a manager in the Fayetteville Arkansas location, explained my concern and she repeated the company line that I should’ve cancelled my reservation once USAA picked it up. I explained that USAA was paying in full and was responsible, but she would not hear my protest. She repeatedly said that it was my oversight and I would not be refunded, despite my very clear explanation of the situation. I’m so very disappointed that I was not heard and my situation wasn’t even considered. I was only met with the response, “well, that’s our policy”. I have escalated this with USAA and I’m posting this so that no one else will be met with these surprise, unreasonable business policies. Just beware and do not do business with this organization or Tori, the manager of the Fayetteville Arkansas, College Ave, location.

I have never ever in my life be scam before, this is the first time I feel that way. I called to rent car from enterprise and spoke to their manager, I asked him how much is the price for 2 days, he confirmed with me the price for 2 days will be 244. Only for me to retuned the car and they’d charged me $483. Call back to the same manager for an explanation and all he said to me “ I am sorry for the confusion that’s all I can tell you, yes it is my fault for miss-understanding you but I really can’t do anything about that” enterprise as a company are fair for the most part but this dude is just a horrible person and a horrible manager. I will be officially filling a complain. Stay away from Fayetteville Arkansas enterprise car rental.many people complained about how this particular manager treat certain race different. I won’t mentioned what race for now. I will wait to see how my complaint is handle by the head office. I will keep you guys posted.

People are nice, however I was told to bring my rental back and not told a time. Also there is no drop off for the keys?

My boyfriend had made a reservation for us and after showing up was denied a vehicle due to wanting to use a debit card and having all bills covered by his apartment. They really should have told him this when he made the reservation.

Kylie was the person who got me in the car and also the one I returned it to. She was awesome! 5-10 minutes each time I was on my way. Somebody give her a raise or promotion please!

The car was mechanically in pretty bad shape. It took us less time to pick up the car than to drop it off. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes to hand them the keys. The car was fully insured and I already bought the gas option. Why did you take away the drop boxes!!!! Because of Enterprise check in procedures, I was delayed 4 hours of getting back on the road. Unsat.

JD was really kind and did everything he could to point me in the right direction. I called 5 minutes before close and was on hold for about 10 minutes, praying I would get in touch with them again. I thought ‘dang, I bet they’ve left for the day’ but no—JD answered took my call in que. He could have easily just left me hanging there ringing along and went home, but he didn’t. I felt like he cared about my situation.

Kaylie was great to work with. Only issue was that there was a very limited selection of vehicles to choose from. And we had to wait 4 days for something to come available. This was an insurance covered rental.

I’ve rented from this location twice now and both times were fantastic. They’re busy, especially as soon as they open on Saturdays, but they work through the line quickly while still taking care of each customer. They are my go-to place for a rental vehicle - they have both been spotless inside and ready to roll.I just wish this location had the ability to “we will pick you up” like every other Enterprise I’ve dealt with in the past. Not sure if it’s just staffing issues, or it’s something left up to each location, but this one cannot come get you so be prepared to find a ride or hire an Uber.Just take care in the parking lot - customers make trying to park here a complete cluster at times and I’ve nearly been hit before from people not paying attention to their surroundings.
