This is THE BEST nail spa! Yen, Sean, Tammy, Hanna, May, Tracy, Holly and crew do an excellent job! I have foot issues and they take special care. The customer service is excellent.

I've been a client at Crossover Nails for over a decade, and they're just wonderful! My gel manicure never has those rough edges that end up catching and peeling off on something. The staff is professional and friendly. In addition to taking good care of my persnickety cuticles they have helped me with a personal rehearsal dinner project, and I really appreciated their expertise!

This place is always busy for a reason. They are great. My mom and I have been going here for basic pedicures for a while. They are also always very kind and helpful with my mom who has mobility issues.

I have been coming here for years in the beginning every 3 weeks for years until the nail tech I loved moved away. Then less and less due to the quality of service rendered. I kept giving them a chance but today is the last time I will go.My daughter and I went for vacation nails. I had a gel manicure and asked for an ombre effect. The tech just said "no". Ok let's just do a fench tip. The gold is not even thickness and crooked. Really not happy.My daughter had acrylic nails put on. They are crooked and shaped sharper than she requested and some nails do not even cover her natural nail. She wanted a French tip with chrome and again the tech just said "no".I'm not in the profession.. But when every other place in the area can do it why can't Crossover Nails?For $225.00 for the both of us I expect a cleaner result and more effort put in to trying to do the nail design requested.And as a side note.. The wall mirrors and hanging are coated in dust and spiderwebs. When you have an hour to look around you see these things.I really hate leaving and feeling like I would have been happier shaping my own nails and putting clear on them.Services: Acrylic nails

I loved my experience here. Calm, comfortable, small, professional and polite staff. The person cutting my toenails did a superior job …. short, best angle and never once hurt. The message chairs are gentle and don’t leave you bruised.

This was the first time I had been to this salon. They were attentive, had a huge collection of color, and they were extremely friendly. There was a very short wait time and the gentleman that did my nails did a fantastic job. I think I just found my new regular salon! Great work!
