It would be 5 if the weekend hours were normal for all the other activities they have to offer. I can’t see how the gym up stairs in a different part of the building bothers the church in an auditorium with loud music and closed doors. Everyone els pays just like the church dose, to have time taken away from us that could be made available. Not a fan of the weekend hours at all.

If you care about your children, STAY AWAY! I was warned about the Boys and Girls Club of Fayetteville not being a safe place by my son's pediatrician, teachers, and also a very professional person in a higher position at his school. I really wish I would have listened to them. It was an absolute nightmare. My 10 year old son was abused and neglected during the 2018-2019 school year. There were fights and bullying constantly among all the kids. Another older, larger student picked my son up and body slammed him to the ground, breaking his collar bone. Not one single person notified me of his injury. I only found out when I picked my son up from the boys and girls club of Fayetteville, and he was still crying from the horrible pain he was in. When I called to speak to the director, he seemed to hardly care and acted inconvenienced by my phone call. He refused to give me any information at all. The staff is unprofessional as well. Most seem like children themselves. A female working in the office was dressed completely inappropriately (visibly missing undergarments) to be in the workplace. This place is a disaster. If I had not have had so little time to find after school care when I moved to Fayetteville, I never would have taken him to this facility. I'm happy I got him out of there. I feel bad for any children who are left in their "care". They need major improvements.

Great place to go exercise, nice indoor walk-run track, basketball courts, and pool! Staff are very friendly too.

The Fayetteville Girl & Boys Club has been around as long as I can remember. I took dance lessons in the 1960s in their original location. They have a swimming pool, basketball courts, etc. my grandson plays intramural basketball through there. The staff is supportive. They also have an after school program.

We’ve had a great experience with flag football and after school care. So glad our little man is well taken care of.
