They were able to find something I needed to return defective AT&T equipment that AT&T COULDN'T FIGURE OUT for me.
Expert service and stellar attitudes from everyone with whom I interacted. LJ and manager Johnythan were so quick to help and pleasant. But a special shoutout to Aaron. This guy fixed my (rather tricky!) problem while simultaneously guiding a customer who couldn't figure out the boxes and shipping envelopes, all while being a trainee.
This will be my FedEx stop from now on.

In a way I should be rating this place so low but I just wanted to give Jonathan a shoutout! He not only helped me find my package but made multiple calls on my behalf while trying to find my package and even called me back. My problem isn’t yet resolved but it’s really rare that you get customer service like this these days. And as someone in customer service it means so much more to me to be treated the way I try to treat my customers. If I owned a business I would want to hire Jonathan! Thanks again.

Not a fan, lady was rude no customer service what so ever! Don't worries I won't be going back. Ups has custom service and they will help you with a smile on there face.

Staff is always curteous and efficient. I regularly drop off packages and very rarely have to wait. I also have shipments to this location when I am unable to be home to sign for them. They are always fast and efficient.

Told can't ship ground label on express box.. They're not express boxes. Took it to ship center and lady said I have had this talk with them(location) before.... Guess the chick didn't want to work today. Me neither

Staff is rude and inconsiderate. FedEx has always exceeded my expectations in the past, but this location is sub par.

The staff is amazing! Kind, friendly, and efficient! When I had issues that had nothing to do with staff, they did not hesitate to reach out see if I needed help. The team provided methods of service that saved both time and money, two things that are essential to successful business. Superstar staff with excellent customer service, I felt as if I was treated like extended family. 10/10 recommended. Speak with Jonathan! Apologies if I misspelled.

I came in today after not getting one of my forms printed on Sunday by the long haired unprofessional dude. My original forwarded email with my documents was still in the system & the nice lady helped me get it. Later my employer informed me I needed some others & had to go back. It wasn't that busy & had a curly haired guy "attempt" to help me. I told him I had been in that morning & the email was still in the system. He immediately starts, that it probably wasn't & dropped me like a hot rock when college looking girl came up behind me. The same lady remembered me from this morning & found the email in 5 seconds. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have given 3 stars, he needs to be retrained!!!!!!!!!

Poor service, Poor equipment. Pay $100 worth of printing to have the machine fail. Under staffed to help with zero help in the printing center. Guy behind counter tells me it won't charge if it doesn't print. One hour later get a call telling me the order is ready. Excuse me? Your printer failed and didn't print my stuff when I was there. Now I'm charged? Ridiculous customer service.
