The manager, Aaron, at Firestone
in Fayetteville, failed to honor the road hazard warranty on a tire we bought at Firestone Lee's Summit. He falsely claimed we must have had the tire plugged at another shop, even though we showed the receipt for the flat repair and the original purchase with road hazard. We had no choice but pay for a new tire, $135.00.

Called this location on a Saturday, around 4:30 pm because a google search said they were open until 7:00 pm, to see if they could look at my brakes, wasn't expecting to get it that evening, no one answered and the call went to a call center, I'm guessing. The young lady was helpful and set me up for an appointment the following day at 1:00 pm. The next morning a man from this location called me and began to complain to me, that i shouldn't have called and set the appointment because his mechanic was on vacation, like I should have known, and kept interrupting me and brushing everything I was trying to say off as if it was my fault for not knowing his employees schedules and exactly how they operate. He was rude and very condescending. Will not do business with them.

Google hours say open until 7 every day, we were just turned away at 4:40 because they were closing early because they were “slow”. Outrageous. Don’t have hours posted if you aren’t going to follow them!

I went to have all four of my tires replaced, but upon arrival, I was informed that only three tires were available. They replaced the three tires, and I had to return two days later for the installation of the fourth. While I understand this was due to an issue with the tire supplier and not the specific location, I would have preferred to have everything completed in a single appointment. Nevertheless, the service at the location was excellent, and the customer service was amazing.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Firestone today. I arrived around 11 a.m. after discovering a nail in my front right tire. I was prepared for a wait, as the man at the front desk explained that they were short-staffed, which I completely understood. However, things quickly went downhill.
When he came outside to inspect my car, his demeanor was rushed, abrasive, and dismissive. Without even bending down to thoroughly examine the tire, he immediately declared it "not fixable" because it was too close to the sidewall. It wasn't in the sidewall. He finally said that it could be plugged, but they don't do that (which is a lie according to the website). When I asked if I would need a new tire, he bombarded me with rapid-fire responses about alternative shops and replacing multiple tires due to tread mismatching—all without pausing to listen or explain things calmly.
When I tried to clarify my options, he became increasingly aggressive in tone. I even told him, “You’re being really aggressive,” but he continued to raise his voice and dismissed my concerns and became even more combative. At one point, his responses were so overwhelming that I couldn’t process the information he was giving me. I had no choice but to end the conversation and walk away. As I walked away he yelled something as he was walking back to the building.
Customer service is about helping people feel supported, especially in situations where they may already be stressed. I came to Firestone trusting that I’d receive professional and courteous assistance, but instead, I was treated with hostility and impatience. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.
I left without a resolution and will never return to this location. If Firestone cares about its reputation, I suggest taking a hard look at how staff interact with customers. There’s no excuse for this kind of treatment.

AVOID!!! The worst customer experience I have ever encountered. They (specifically James who worked the front desk) automatically assumed I was some stupid, broke college girl. I made an appointment online after trying to call their shop multiple times and being placed on hold for 15+ minutes each then hung up on after no one answered. Once I went to the shop for the appointment they said it was my fault and I should not have trusted the website to make appointments.... He said he tried to call me multiple times, but I had 0 missed calls and the numebr I put for the appointment was correct.
Then after finally getting him to look at the spare tire, that was also flat, he said I needed all four tires replaced and then proceeds to look at me and say "Can you even afford that". A TERRIBLE WAY TO SPEAK TO A CUSTOMER.
I finally get an email around 4:10 PM saying my car is ready for pick up, then when I finally get there after waiting for someone to give me ride around 4:40 (they closed at 5, based on their website and their door I saw earlier that day), he finally calls me back saying that they closed before 4 PM. I told him I was not reached out to before that and that their hours are until 5. He said, again, he tried to call me but that I never answered. Again this is not true as no missed calls and the one time he did actually call me, once I got to the shop, it clearly worked. So they lied and were VERY rude to me.

I paid $800 to fix my car, made it worse and now they can’t fix it. I have to take it to another shop and I’m down $800 on things I didn’t need. 0 stars.

These people tried to scam me because they thought I was just a normal college girl with daddy's credit card, nope I did my research. They tried to charge me $845 for spark plugs and coil packs (I did not need a coil pack). They tried to charge me $145 for coolant (which I got at autozone for $15 and put in my car myself). They tried to tell me I needed a whole set of new tires for $900 (which I did not need). They will tell you your car has all these issues just to get money out of you and charge absolutely insane Labor fees. You're fixing my car, not preforming brain surgery. I got my own spark plugs and went to Jeff's Auto in Farmington, 10/10 service 10/10 prices 10/10 recommend. If you are someone that might not seem like you know a lot about cars ask for an itemized receipt and simply google what NORMAL prizes are because they will definitely try to price gouge you here. I paid them $145 just to tell me something that I already knew. Don't recommend!!!

I scheduled a tire rotation online and was told it would take around 40 minutes. However, it took over an hour. On top of that, I had to inquire about my own vehicle when I noticed it parked out front. My keys were left at the register, just a few feet away from an unaware employee. How long did the job actually take? And how much time did I waste just sitting there? This lack of communication and attention to detail was disappointing.

AVOID! Went in because my car stopped cooling. Told them I had a new AC compressor put in just 3 years ago. They charged me $220 in diagnostics and told me I needed a new AC kit costing $1000. Went back to the shop that originally put my compressor in and they had my AC going again in under 3 hours - no money out and definitely no new compressor needed. I was extremely disappointed by this service provided by Jason.

The older man at the front desk is the worst! He’s sexiest as he just had to to say “3 women?” told me to “let him finish talking” instead of even listening to my issue to begin with. Maybe you shut up and listen to peoples issues instead of thinking you know everything.

Called yesterday because I had an emergency tire situation and was in a state of distress - the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. Their hours say they're open until 7pm so I called them and he scoffed that I shouldn't rely on the internet.. ok I'm stuck in a small town putting a donut on my car with a small child 4 hours from home. He said what's your tire size and I said honestly I don't know and he said well it's a waste of time to look it up for me - to just drive there. It was 3:30 and they closed at 5 - I'd rather try my luck with somewhere that's open, since I had a shredded tire and a donut. I was confused because what if they don't even have the right tire for me? It just didn't make sense why someone would refuse to even look up my car info - I tried to tell him give me a moment and I'll look it up or look up the VIN but he just talked over me and didn't care. I told him he was being rude and hung up. Learn to treat potential customers better, I definitely don't recommend this location they lack professionalism.
