For the second time now I'm waiting on money that should be here already. They tell me it's the fault of my employers and that there are no current deposits. I find it very hard to believe that 2 different employers have caused this issue even though I've never had this issue with another bank.Edit: Here we are again. I'm sitting at work with no gas and cannot even get money from cashapp because of this bank. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Absolutely horrible lol. Have a checking account, deposited a check, and it takes over a week to clear! Customer service asks for addy/email/social/birthdate/and LICENSE number anytime you call. Rep hung up since I gave the wrong email. I expect they'll go out of business soon lol so horrible that it's funny. In person, they wrote my social down each time on scratch paper. You can't even deposit cash at the atm, they require in person transactions. The second rep was very nice and polite. But unfortunately, one good employee does not make up for the lack of convenience! Really tried with this bank, I deposited one check for the sake of one bill... closing account as soon as I get withdraw my money.

Do not open an account at first national bank of Texas at Walmart.They will steal your money. They will not tell you that you can not close your account for 90 days. Then charges a $2 a month statement fee then if you try to close it the charge a $25 fee

You’d be better off getting a chime account or something. Hadn’t had my account open 24hrs and still charged a $25 closing fee. I signed up without doing my research first, shame on me! Some of the employees need to work on their people skills as well.

I've been banking here for about 3 years. The only issues I had with them, were in the beginning and over the phone. Now I only address the staff in person. Things have been good since. I wish Everyone could have the Experience that I have had!

Absolutely horrible! Do not bank here! If I could give 0 stars, I would. Management and employees are an absolute joke. Put holds on your account without you knowing & have to jump through hoops just to get YOUR MONEY! Even after you provide them with all documentation and the person they need to talk to verify everything, yet again, another loop. This is not where you want to put your trust for your hard earned money! We've had nothing but problems since opening an account with them. Not once has it ever been smooth, only issues. Do NOT BANK HERE!

It's been over a week and I still can't get ahold of anyone the guy who set my account up made it sound really good but I've had nothing but issues with this bank since I opened an account I still haven't received my actual card in the mail it's very frustrating!
