Employees will just stare at you, I literally greeted the workers because they didn’t say shii but were looking so hard. Just something yall should work on.

I love the clothing style they sell. Also the service is great, I had a lovely cashier named Ashley who went out of her way to help us and was super friendly and relatable. The prices are a little high but lots of items are discounted usually. They also have always helped me with returns or exchanges really quickly.

I went in to ask about a top that I wanted off. The manager and the manager, hes a white male, and he was very rude. Did not want to help me. He was cussing me out and told me to get out of the store and waved at me and gave me the finger. So I don't know who to get in contact with to get fired. I had terrible service.

they always have nice employees in this location and affordable clothing with deals, only downfalls are the fitting rooms, very difficult to open and always get stuck, also some clothing is damaged/ missing parts.

The old woman with the dark hair, big lady. Her name is Dawn. She is always so terribly rude every time I go in there to shop. She really must hate her job. I’m a regular there and I go in pretty often. Every encounter I have ever had with her has been bad. Even asking basic questions pertaining to the clothes. Avoid her at all costs. She should not be allowed to work in an environment where she has to communicate with customers.

Terrible customer service. I was in line and stepped up to look at something at the counter. One worker came up to the counter with an attitude and said, “The line starts over there.” I told her I was standing here the whole time. So she rolled her eyes snatched the “closed register” sign down and said “Well I can take the next customer.” I told the customer behind me to go ahead, put my stuff on the counter and went and spent money at a competitor store.
