“I’ve been listening to Zack Johanssen’s Muscles and Veggies podcast for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best health and fitness resources out there. Zack combines his deep knowledge of exercise, diet, and overall wellness with real-life, actionable advice that I can easily apply to my own life. I really appreciate how he balances topics from resistance training and muscle recovery to diet tips, supplements, and even breath work—all in a way that makes them approachable and enjoyable to learn about. Implementing just a few of Zack’s suggestions on diet and timing for eating and fasting has made a tremendous difference for me. I’ve seen a noticeable reduction in inflammation, along with incredible improvements in both pain management and sleep quality.
Zack’s personal experience as a trainer and health coach shines through in every episode. His passion is contagious, and it’s clear that he truly cares about helping people live healthier, stronger lives. Whether you’re new to fitness or have been training for years, there’s something in every episode to inspire and guide you. I highly recommend his content or coaching services for anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being!”

“Absolutely the best gym in Fayetteville. A wonderful community, knowledgable staff, nice equipment, a clean and peaceful space, and fun and welcoming group fitness classes that are always adapting to member needs!
I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone new in town, young or old, or anyone who is hesitant about going to the gym in public (as I used to be). No matter who you are, what kind of exercise you enjoy, or where you are in your fitness journey, Clubhaus will do its best to support you and encourage you all the way.”

“After 25 classes as a 70 year old, I’m much more flexible, mobile and have better balance. I can now easily get up from the floor and I feel better physically. Barre3 is really working for me! The instructors/staff are friendly professionals who are all wonderful and helpful. Everyone is very supportive, including fellow attendees. I highly recommend Barre3 Fayetteville.”
“Excellent classes and instructors especially Lexy ! The classes are challenging and fun and allow you to improve ! Friendly environment spacious and adequate equipment ! The app is a plus it allows you to schedule classes and see the daily workout and document your progress”
“Beautiful park! Great playgrounds, fairy garden and castle, tennis courts, gazebos, walking trails, fountains, swings, and even a city pool. Lots of trees and shade and near downtown. Some areas currently under construction.”
“Worked out here while I was in undergrad at the University of Arkansas and I can say utmost confidence it was the best gym I have ever been trained at to this day having graduated a year ago. I had been going to Planet Fitness and decided I needed somewhere to go that had everything I wanted, and Ozark Iron Gym was just that place. Staff was always kind and helpful, gym was always clean, and I always appreciated their effort to hold people accountable through requiring gym members to always rack your weights or putting things back where you left them. Made massive improvements in strength in this gym and would highly, highly recommend anyone in the NWA area to give it a shot, you won't regret it.”

“So this use to be my happy place. I would go every day to workout and redlight and tan, then they replaced the whole 30 min workout room with my favorite machines with lunkhead power weights. For a gym that has a flashin light to detour lunks...i just dont understand. Sad. I just tan now... looking for a new gym home. ☹️”

“Always at least a good experience at this planet! I wish they updated cables and had more mirrors and dumbbells. Depending on time of day can be crowded. Always clean though!”
“I had a great experience at my recent pickleball Live Session ! Coach Sean was fantastic—knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the entire session. He explained techniques in a way that was easy to understand and gave helpful, personalized feedback that immediately improved my game. The lesson was well organized, fun, and worth every minute. I left feeling much more confident and excited to keep playing. I highly recommend Coach Sean to anyone looking to improve their pickleball skills, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your game to the next level!”
“I am NOT gym girlie, but a couple weeks ago, I decided that I would like to become one. SO, I went on a gym hunt and visited about 3-4 gyms before coming to Crunch. The way the employees interacted with me was visibly different, in a good way. Of all the gyms I visited, this one was by far the friendliest and the one that made me feel like it really cared about the community vibe. I’ve always been a workout class girlie (pilates/barre/spin) because I love the camaraderie that comes from it, so I was excited to learn that Crunch has a variety of class offerings - but even outside of that, the employees themselves seemed so welcoming that despite the facility being huge, it wasn’t as intimidating as it could have been. Aujah (the GM) and John toured me, and Niko and Rob (Personal Trainers) solidified it soon after. While I was hesitant to sign right away (due to decision anxiety) they were patient and suggested I come back for Trainer Day. When I did, I was greeted with the same friendly faces and ultimately got set up with Niko as my PT. I have had two sessions with him thus far and each time it has helped solidify my decision. He’s been great with communication and shows his dedication to helping build plans that work with my own goals. As someone who is BRAND NEW (like hello what is a super set??) , he’s been very supportive, patient, and professional while helping me develop good form. I am excited to continue to learn and grow with Niko as my trainer and with Crunch as a whole!
Honestly, my husband even comments on how highly I speak about the gym and the people I have met there. He says that he knew I would pick it (even before I decided) because it was the only trad gym I have ever sounded excited about (and if I’m not excited about it, I probably won’t be consistent lol).
And finally, to comment on what the bad reviews shared (because trust me, I read them) the bathroom situation has never been unpleasant. It is still a gym bathroom, but I have not experienced anything out of the ordinary. Also, as far as billing, they have been pretty upfront with me and their cancellation policies are pretty standard (at least from what I have seen from boutique fitness places/studios? I don’t really have trad gym experience to compare it to though.) There was one hiccup with my billing, but Niko and Rob were quick to rectify it, so as far as I can see at this time they are pretty solid. The Crunch phone tree does suck, because they have an Ai Assistant set up… so calling the front desk is not fun at all, but once you actually get there in person it’s a great experience (at least from my pov).
I’ll update this review if needed, but I don’t foresee a need at this time!!!”
“I am a track coach at a D1 college, I travel all around the country and go to CrossFit gyms all over. Mensch is my absolute favorite gym that I’ve encountered. First of all, they are amazing people, super accommodating and always so kind. The weightlifting area is perfectly equipped for anyone of any level, the CrossFit classes are well organized and they always have super supportive coaching, and the sauna room is one of a kind! Truly an *amazing* place to get a workout, if you are so lucky.”
