purchased a washer dryer set almost a month ago the end of 2021. received the wrong set. have spoken to Mike R & Mike Rutledge, the manager, Jared-he tried- & Austin without any help. I still have the wrong set almost 1 month later & now they want to recharge me $1600 to actually receive the correct item, after being blown off 4 different times of them saying they would deliver the correct items. they also want to charge me $79 to come & pick up the wrong items. Mike Rutledges boss needs to know how ridiculous, difficult & negligent this company & process has been. Highly disappointing & feeling stuck. hHow do I trust they'll refund my money in a timely manner? since getting the correct product seems to be too difficult to ask... #homedepot

I was so impressed by the team members at Home Depot on 06/12/21. We were wanting to purchase a certain type of mop bucket, the type that spins to dry the mop when you use a Pedro on the side of the bucket. We looked on line and it said HD had 27 in stock. We arrive at the store and there are none on the shelf. We asked a team member to see if he could find any and he checked on his hand held device. He agreed they had them and he got on his radio and called for back-ups. Within a minute we had three or four team members searching the shelves above where they store the excess inventory and other team members on the radio calling in suggestions on where to go look. Within another minute they found what we were looking for about 5 aisles over on a pallet. That is when they excelled again. They went to get a fork lift to get the pallet down. I thought it would take them 20-30 minutes. Nope. They had a forklift there and aisles closed down within minutes and the pallet on the ground. The other thing was it was all done with a smile and in a manner that made us feel like we were appreciated as customers, not a pain in their butts for interrupting their day.

Garden Center. Edith(?) from the cashiers crew stepped up to help match a plant I purchased last week. This is how I described it..." it has tiny flowers on it. A lot of them like a whole bunch. No more like that. She's pointing at some annual nearby. No, it's a perennial I'm sure it's not an annual. Every stalk has more little stalks and each stalk has more little flowers. So I would say a name hydranas , she said hydrangeas. No I don't think so I said. Maybe I'll come back later. But nope she pointed me to the Perennials and told me to take a look, why not? Guess what I found? HYDRANGEAS.

Steve in Pro Services is the opposite of a Pro. Unhelpful, had me running all over the store to get others to do his job. Finally was directed back to the Pro Services Desk and was helped by John who did an amazing job. Steve is an idiot.

got the run around on an order. "it's being shipped ". after 5 weeks I canceled the order. looked for the same item elsewhere, 2 month delay in shipping. why didn't home depot just tell me that to begin with? first experience with home depot and the last. shopping at lowes from now on.

Look People may have had bad experiences here, but from my expectations i was happy to say that it was awesome anytime i needed help the associates were always willing to help and make sure that i was able to find what i was looking for. Sure they might not be openly helpful sometimes but you have to put yourself out there instead of "staring at the workers to help you" just f****** ask it's not hard and there more then willing to help. Bob was able to pick out the right primer for my dinning room set! Highly recommended place to get home goods!!

Came in here looking for a refrigerator I just don't like the layout of these stores. So after walking around I found the appliances. What gets me is where is everyone that works here. So had 1 guy waiting on a lady so I stood around patiently until I overheard her telling him about her dogs. After looking around at all 9 fridges they had he finally asked if I needed help. So you would think if your buying a high dollar refrigerator they would deliver it for free right. I mean there other competitors give free delivery. Not here after he told me 129 bucks I just walked away. Won't ever do business from this store ever!!!!

I'm shocked that this HOME DEPOT is not cleaning the carts or registers between customers to help prevent the spread of COVID 19.The few employees that we dealt with were beyond rude and nonchalant attitude. There were no available carts inside the store where they should be and cleaned, I had to go outside in the parking lot to get a unclean cart to hold the lumber I needed.I'm also shocked to see other people inside the store NOT WEARING MASKS.VERY DISAPPOINTED & WON'T COME BACK UNTIL COVID IS OVER

In the middle of the pandemic I decided to buy some veggie plants. Went to HD bc their gardening supplies, even checkout, are outdoors. Idiots have decided that they will make you walk thru the store in order to buy from garden area !! What on earth are they thinking ?

I say “no” on recommendation, but that’s not TOTALLY the case. The management was great to handle the problem of a staff member being a complete j**** Long story short, we went in for a specific item. We locate the one we want, but the only one in our reach looked as if it had been returned. (Box opened and taped back closed, all beat up looking, packaging missing inside) So we asked for the one above it and needed help getting it down. The employee told us NO! He said that

There were more employees than customers and nobody seemed to want to help us. We needed keys made and had to ask 3 people before someone would make them. Then we wanted to look at rugs and were told to look online for the designs...as he was doing some meaningless task instead of offering to help us sort through the large pile of large rugs. Then the clerk at check out was making excuses about not having enough staff to help...no...they are there....they are either standing around or walking around doing as little as possible. Won't go back! Were is management?
