Friendly & helpful employees. Took my kids for some school shopping and it was one of my better experiences at a hot topic in many years.

Some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I ended up bothering three different employees for different things because I was very indecisive and had a lot of questions and they were all incredibly sweet and helpful. 10/10 Hot Topic here.

I love the atmosphere and the last time we went a lot of their stuff was empty but I was thinking that they were putting out new stuff!! But the cashier was amazing.
