This place is awesome!! Very clean and organized! There are so many workouts to choose from!! Staff is always understandable and so nice! I would highly recommend trying this place out if you want to get better benefits working out, these infrared saunas are incredible!!!

Hotworx is by far my favorite place to workout, all the workouts are conducted in saunas! Such a great workout in a short period of time. The staff is always super friendly and management is always helping with anything that needs fixing, maintenance, etc. Definitely a super neat place to check out!!

Totally recommend getting a membership at Hotworx Fayetteville on Wedington! The staff and environment are so positive and up lifting to be apart of! The workouts are so unique since you are doing everything inside a infrared sauna! Hot Barre None is a must try class!!

The new management is absolutely amazing! Many things to love about this gym and the friendly faces make it all the better. If you haven’t been, you need to try out a session! Nate & Brian are the best.

BEWARE!! BEWARE!!I would give 0 stars if possible. The machines are always broken. The place is nasty. I'm trying to cancel my account because I only used it for a month out of the year. They are trying to charge me for an extra 2 months even though I haven't been there in months and I want it canceled today. They say we were told this at the beginning. I was told as long as I cancel before the 25th I wouldn't be charged.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE OF THIS FRANCHISE BUSINESS. As noted by other clients they are telling you 3 month minimum in person and verbally leaving out the 'we cannot guarantee anything verbally told to you'--- in addition if you want to cancel at 3 months like you are told at sign up IN PERSON you are then told--'in the contract it states you must give US a two month notice if you want to cancel'. SO be sure to cancel at MONTH 1?? And...verbally at sign up over and over I was told 3 months and I could lap imcancel. You should probably be honest with clients and say-- but we will charge you two more months to cancel or as she called it a CANCELLATION FEE OF 2 MONTHS. Yeah, I sure wouldn't recommend this business when you're deliberately being shady from the first interaction. This is the old memo I'll tell 20 women about this bad experience who will then tell 20 more. Being deceptive to YOUR clients gets you nowhere long term.to the manager's reply ahead of time:Great job explaining all of the important details below. I hope that helps another new client understand their FULL comittment at sign up. It's always better as sales people to disclose all the important details initially when someone is standing in front of you excited to sign up. I'm guessing you wouldn't want the same withholding of that information done to you when you patron a business. Honest upfront conversation is always a better bet long term no matter what you are communicating about in life-- especially when you are building integrity within our community with clients. The goal is to make all this information as clear possible to future clients, I hope!.

The staff are always wonderful & excited to help, but this location is problematic because of the customer base. People bring their friends in and just hop around empty saunas during non-staffed hours, which is uncomfortable to maneuver if you see people in a sauna you booked days before & don’t want to cause an issue. Just be prepared to handle people who don’t book session appointments properly and linger in saunas

Was really excited to come do a class here with friends. Had a class scheduled, showed up, all to find out they weren’t staffed enough to be open. Very unfortunate that I wasn’t notified ahead of time.

Came after work, wanted more information before i signed up. Went to the door, its locked (i know u need a code to get in) but wait! Staff is present, lady standing at the counter just stares at me and doesn’t come help me or even move a muscle. I go back to my car and shes giggling and staring while talking to someone else. Very helpful! I was excited to start a new journey here, now i see it wasn’t worth it before i even walked through the door.

Very disappointed that I pay for Sweat Everywhere (access to all HWX nationwide) but come back to my home studio in Fayetteville, after traveling to many HWX locations.. by far the dirtiest and poorly managed location I have ever been too. All of the Blast equipment is broken in some form whether it’s the seat, pedals are broken, tension etc., as well as almost every single Cycle. Not to mention how dirty the saunas are and doors that haven’t been cleaned in what looks like weeks. After going to HWX locations in several states that are near spotless it’s so disappointing to have this one as my home location. All the respect to the owners and managers, but something must be done about this location.

I am a Sweat everywhere member and this location is by far the biggest disappointment. I was going to reach out to management but was told that they’ve been informed long ago many times and nothing gets fixed. Both bikes were broken (one was so loud and the pedal straps were broken and the other bike’s handlebars were completely loose and couldn’t be tightened) and only one of the two blast machines was working and even that one needed maintenance. It’s a shame because it’s such a great workout when it’s working properly.
