There are no better hands to leave our pups in. They take such good care of our babies. We love the exit bath option so we can pick them up looking (and smelling) their best.

I have a senior dog who is my emotional support animal for PTSD and I’m also newly postpartum. I found a sitter and left my baby for the first time to get her nails clipped, and arrived ready for her to finally have something done to help with her arthritis. The vet tech didn’t greet my dog, get on her level, nor pet her,and proceeded to ask me to hold her while he tried to clip her nails. I explained to the tech that I was uncomfortable doing that, and again, still not interacting with my sweet 13-year old dog, had me carry her and place her on the ground in the back room because he didn’t try to pet her, just started to pull on her leash. She was clearly uncomfortable and needed soothing from the man trying to pull her away. Once she got back to the room, I left and went to sit out front, upset because I knew it wasn’t going to go well(he didn’t even try to place her into a table, just grabbed her front paw and squeezed.) He came out moments later, with a nail cut into the quick, saying my dog bit him. She’s never in her life bit anyone and when I told him that, he quickly backtracked. “Oh, she just put her mouth near my hand, ya know, it was just her telling me she didn’t like it.” Then the receptionist came over and said that my dog was feeding off my energy and to come back when I was better. (Thank you for the reminder that I’m ALWAYS clouded with “bad energy.”). I said, “the last tech was able to help,” and pointed to him. The receptionist said they couldn’t help today until we both “calmed down.” Didn’t even ask the other excellent tech if they’d mind. I never raised my voice. I was never rude. It was a horrible, embarrassing experience, and I truly don’t even believe I’m to blame.

I delivered a door dash to this place. While I was there I overheard some lady yelling and cursing at these dogs that were just barking. It’s absolutely disgusting and so cruel. Don’t go here.

This is the one place I can take out rescue, velcro labradoodle that he does not worry where I am. He loves it, and it gives me peace of mind that he’s in good hands having fun with his furiends. Due to his past, he is generally nervous around new people, but he sees the Hounds Lounge staff like family members. The staff is friendly, genuinely loves dogs, and always communicates important information. Thank you for being so good with him! We are so thankful to have you in the area!

Left our 2 pups this past week with hounds lounge Fayetteville. A 70 lb lab and a 50lb labradoodle. Not only was check in and check out seamless, the front desk was excited to tell me how sweet my pups were and that they enjoyed having them. No doubt our dogs are always in the best of hands. They came home happy and healthy! Thanks HL!
