Terrible service! Walked in to get my taxes done and some older lady cuts me off, mind you no one was Even in the building, and tells me that's it's close to the deadline so they are not taking walk ins. Then snatches my W2 outta my hand to look at them, which I don't know why she would do that if there's no room to Begin with, only to give them back reiterating there's no spots open! Don't go to this one. Terrible service!

My wife left our tax forms with them to check what it would cost to have them file them and they call back a couple day's later with the amount they would charge for them to file and the price she quoted to my wife was double or triple the money that most other places charge. Then when my wife went back to get our tax forms they couldn't find them and told my wife o well nothing we can do about it sorry bout your bad luck. Now I may have to call corporate to get my tax forms located if they wasn't thrown away or stolen from their office! Worst and rudest service I have ever had with a tax filing company!

Not using them again. They seem to not know what you entitled to claim it makes your taxes a low refund when the person filling them out doesn't know . be sure you check their work !

I called to ask a question about my taxes filing online. The lady that answered said her name was Kathy. Said she was the manager and was very rude. Yelled at me told me she couldn’t help me I needed to call tech support even though it wasn’t a tech issue and hung up on me. I really hope she doesn’t treat her in store clients this way. Shame on you Ms. Kathy.
