“We have had insurance with Larry Bittle for 40(+-) years. This past year we had a hail-damage claim. In the beginning, the Adjuster was quick to get it taken care of. When submitting additional claim information, we had a problem with the new Adjuster not getting back with us for over a month. I called Larry's direct office, spoke with Keri; she picked up the ball, got with Brooke, who got a hold of the Adjuster - and it was completed within 2 days. I appreciate they cared enough to make sure we were taken care of, which helps offset the pain of insurance rates when they keep going up!”
