We had filed taxes with Jackson Hewitt at another location- and the staff were rushed and overwhelmed. Not their fault they where busy, but it’s my first year paying taxes by myself, married, new job, etc— So I had a LOT of questions and they were ready to get me out the door. So I went to the MLK Walmart location and met with Stenetta. I explained my situation and she walked me thru the ENTIRE process, helped me understand everything I need to do to get the best return. 100% will return to Stenetta!!!!! Ask for her!

Glad that JH always takes care of me! My opinion no rude comments, girl trying to get that extra 500$ :). But in all seriousness I have always enjoyed the time I had to spend in the tax office with JH team members.

Crystal Turnage was absolutely amazing! She really helped us and provided the best services and advice! I had never really learned about a lot of this and she help me so much and talked me through things that’s she didn’t even have to. I was blown away!

Never file your taxes here. They're clueless. Got no paperwork due to printers being down. when I went in the office 2 months after filing my tax return I got told the computers were shut off so I sat there for more than half an hour until they decided they wanted to help and turn the computers back on. Didn't receive my whole tax return due to them saying I had got an advance go into my bank. Which never happened and I even took my last 6 months of bank notes and they said it was out of there hands. Then to get my tax return I had to prove my identity which takes another 9 weeks to process. horrible place . Even worse staff

This year a lot has change by not being able to put your refund on your own debit card or bank and please with the refund advance. Now you will get charge for getting the December loan from your own taxes. Plus, you don’t get to choose how much you are taking out from your taxes. I don’t like this at all. For all the year I have applied with Jackson Hewitt this is by far the worst year I have filed with them. If this don’t change by next year I will be filing with somebody else.
