While the prices are a bit much I can not begin to praise Deon Huff enough. He is a Master cut and has done my hair for over 20 yrs. He is incredible! His hair washes are like an incredible masage for your head, like hair therapy!! AMAZING!! He pays attention to your needs , to details, not to mention he is sweet as your Grandma's apple pie. I can not say enough positive words about him. My son is autistic and he is the only person i trust to do his hair. He makes him feel at ease , relaxed and calm. My son adores Deon. Deon has been cutting his hair his entire life. I sincerely hope that ya'll appreciate what a blessing and gem that you have in this man and that you continue to enlist his services for years to come. Also, that you adjust your prices to reflect todays economy. Thank you and a big thank you to Mr.Deon for all you do for our family!

After going to another salon with an appt, they had shut the doors and nobody was there or answered us. We called JC Penneys Salon and they were able to get us in an hour later. Thank you Dion. Her hair looks great!

Worst experience
Requested style: Today me and my friend visited JCP Salon at NWA mall Fayetteville. We are not happy with the cut, we paided almost 80$ and we requested for layers cut . Lady that she did this haircut didnât even gave layers she just gave U shaped haircut With my friend as well she gave U haircut and we showed her pictures that what we want. On left what we asked for and on right what she did Worst experience! waisted $80
UPDATE: I wanted to update this review from one star to 3, I still wonât rate 5star. After our cut we called multiple time in salon and manager was not available, at last after 2 week I talked with her and explained everything that we called multiple time is there any possibility that someone can correct this haircut but staff said this decision is only made by manager, the first line she said that âif something went wrong you should visit within weekâ I again repeat myself that you were not around then she asked me and my friend to visit again so that she will correct what went wrong first time. She didnât even wash our hair and start doing iron on our hairs and she kept saying your hair cut to me looks even. OMG, she kept saying this line for every layer she ironed our hairs, every time we said we didnât said that our haircut was uneven we said what we asked, we didnât get that.
Her behaviour was not pleasant towards us, it seemed that we did a sort of crime to put reviews. At last when we kept saying that we showed pictures to get the haircut and she said â ohh if you want haircuts like in picture you need an EXPRESS haircut which coast you 60$â. Maâam our haircut was not something strange thing, anyone can see in picture these are called âlayersâ
If you donât know how to compensate with the mistake you did with your customer then please donât advertise that what we can do to get 5 star.

Got a trim and style from Zach, and am so happy with it!! He listened to what my needs were, talked with me about a few different things, and when we decided on how to proceed, I got exactly what I asked for! Zach is just the right amount of chatty and very funny! Zach is great with current trends! I enjoyed my visit and will be returning to Zach whenever I need another trim and/or style. The receptionist was super cool and sweet. Salon was very clean even though it was busy. I was nervous going to JCP because I thought it was mostly for elderly folks, but when I was greeted by Zach and the receptionist, I knew I was in a good space, and I'm so glad I went!! I'll be back!!
Requested style: I like face framing instead of bangs and Zach knew exactly what I was talking about!
Hair type: It is thick but super fine and gets super frizzy easily. It's hard to get a trim right. In fact, I'm in the final stages of recovering from an atrocious haircut (layers) without chopping it all off, and Zach was the 3rd professional I'd sought help from. So glad I found him!!

I will never come here again I went in to get a haircut and she got through with my haircut Wouldnât even Style it for me and then after I got to work and was able to actually look it my hair it wasnât even cut even and she didnât fade it and I went back to see if she would fix it she told me no and i asked if someone else can and she told me no again it was a waste of money to go to them

Highly unsatisfactory
Requested style: Three days ago, I went for a haircut because I heard very good reviews about the salon. However, my own experience was the worst. I asked for a layered cut and thinning of my hair, but the cut I received was neither layered, straight, nor in a U shape. It was the worst haircut experience Iâve ever had.

This review is specifically for Kathy and not the salon as a whole. While Kathy is generally a ânice personâ, her actions can be quite questionable. Every time I ask her for a haircut, I request only a shampoo and wash, explicitly stating no blow drying because it costs $10 extra. Despite this, she decided on her own to grab the blow dryer and wave it in front of my hair for about 5 seconds on a very small section. I assumed she was doing this as a courtesy since Iâm a regular customer and wouldnât charge me for it. My hair was still wet when I left, which I didn't mind as I didn't need it fully dried. However, upon checking my receipt at home, I realized she had indeed charged me $10 for that brief use of the blow dryer.
No one deserves to be charged $10 for having a blow dryer directed at their hair for only 5 seconds only on like small section.. Today, my sister went for a haircut and told Kathy no blow drying. However Kathy pressured her. Especially as a teenager, my sister felt pressured and ended up getting her hair blow dried. Unfortunately, this will be our last appointment with Ms. Kathy. Her lack of transparency makes me question her honesty and integrity. Please do better. Is sneakily making that extra $10 really worth it if it means losing loyal customers? Do the math, Kathy.

I am very unhappy with Angela. After giving her four chances to get things right and going back to her with a smile, asking her to do what SHE had done the previous time.Since august 2022, I went to her for hair cut and stylingFirst time I showed her a stock photo and the cut I got was nothing like it. But I learned to live with it.Next time I went to her I showed her the pictures of my haircut from herPrevious time and told her she can cut it like that.As if she hadnât seen the picture, she cut it totally different and way too short.I still decided to give her another chance.Later I went to her for styling and she styled it in a way that helped. So I went to her for styling again and showed her the previous picture that she had done and asked her to do it the same way.As if she had not seen the picture, she again messed it up. So again being nice, I said thatâs ok my hair should adjust. I again took a picture. But the hair did not adjust as she had flatten the hair way too much and messed up all my curls.So I called her the next day to ask if she could fix it and put some of my curls back into it.She flat out refused and made excuses.I wasted my money and the tips I gave her over and over and yet she was not willing to fix the problem under the excuse of their policy. Zero customer service and oversold abilities.After 4 times you think she would get it right.Services: Haircut

I had an amazing experience here! Allison Ogden truly is the best! she has such a good personality, she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. she did AMAZING with my hair, itâs exactly what I asked for! I love it so much!!
