Beware of the advertising…things like “store wide” sales (proclaimed on the signs) are actually only on 1 or 2 specific departments. Also - check the store hours for the local store; they may close a LOT earlier than everything else in the mall. Lots of deceptive practices here.

I absolutely loved coming here! Super friendly and helpful salesman. They were super honest with comparisons to other jewelers and helped me make a decision I was happy and confident about. Would definitely recommend my close friends to come check this place out!

We took a group of 7 teens and tweens and 3 adult chaperones here on a Thursday night and we all LOVED it!! Very interactive; very hands on. A great way to engage the brain during summer! The hostess was great. The escape room’s theme (Space Wars) was very fun!

This was such a great experience for my 12 year old's birthday party with his friends this past weekend! It was super easy to book online. The host was amazing and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the whole experience! The kids had so much fun figuring out how to escape the Space Wars room. We would definitely recommend NWA Escape Room to family and friends.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called to ask a few simple questions since I am NOT a jeweler and the employees treated me like I was irreparably stupid or something. Terrible service makes the value of the store go down. Again. 0 stars.

I brought my teen daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. They had a great time working through the clues to escape. What a fun treat for them. We can’t wait to come back and try another room.
