Air machine does NOT work. It hasn’t worked since the beginning of 2025. Some of the staff can be rude, but some are really friendly and helpful.

I have shopped at this kum&go since I was 14. Ever since maverick took over it’s been the least convenient convenience store I’ve ever seen. The code at the gas pump are frustrating and un needed the cashiers are skis and under trained. And today their card readers were down. I will not be going to back to maverick.

The guy who works nights is rude as all can be. Rolls eyes at you, ignores you, tries to avoid you. The guy who is reddish hair, a beard and glasses.

I went there for $5.00 worth of gas and Penny was working the cash register. I politely asked for $5.00 worth of gas on pump 6 and after repeating my request for confirmation she proceeded to take the $20.00 dollar bill I was paying with and put it in the cash drawer and handed me a receipt for the code that has to be entered into the pump with a shove-off expression. So I told her no I just wanted $5.00 as she excused herself by saying that she didn't hear me. I myself have a hearing disability but I knew that this wasn't the case because I heard her repeat my request. However her idea of correcting this situation was to void out the original purchase and instead of making a new entry for the $5.00 that I originally asked for she handed me back the $20.00 and told me to go somewhere else. I've worked for the university of Arkansas for 14 years and I still manage to keep a friendly in spite of the many frustrations that needs to be dealt with but I have never seen anyone with this kind of blatant rudeness. I will never step foot in that store ever again.

Apparently there maverick now even tho the signage says kum and go google says it's kum and go even the kum and go app says it was obviously not a big deal but the app said I could go to this location for free drink yall should like idk make the change official if your not kum and go

This Store was once amazing to go to every morning, right before work but the last months under new management it’s gotten pretty bad. The food was once made to perfection and now you might get lucky if it isn’t burnt or dried up from sitting. I’m gonna stick it out a little longer but man things gotta change.

Janet has this infectious laugh and smile you wanna start your day with.
Store is super clean, plus there’s a wide variety of products.
Once I complimented Janet on her laugh (at 6 this morning) she said “Your outlook is your outcome.”
Found my new favorite gas station.
Also— as someone with a background in volunteering, I’ve seen Kum & Go’s donation of food other convenient stores are known to throw away. 🫶🏼

I stopped in on my way to Springfield and the store director and her employees were wonderful. I had a great time chatting with them and they really made me regret leaving. Highly recommend if you want to be around real people that love their job and not just because it's some policy to do so.

Older babbling gibberish-speaking man who works the register doesn’t know how to act right. Thinks it’s funny to be disrespectful to customers for his own amusement. Maybe he’s bored at work and needs more tasks to fill his time.

Biggest problem is the air machine will never give me more than 32 lbs for my tire. Most all motorcycles run 36 lbs on the front and 38-42 on the rear. So I can never rely on getting safe operating tire pressure from this place.
