Fasted for labs at 800 this morning. Sitting in the Labcorp parking lot, waiting to check in, and they called to cancel both mine and my husbands appt. 5 mins before check in. I would go lower if I could. The last working there hates her job and everyone there it seems like. Super rude and disrespectful. No one sitting up front so you have to check in on a computer and wait just for them to tell you an hour later that they can't help you worth a smirk on their face. Unprofessional and would recommend literally anywhere else over this garbage location and at least 1 garbage lady. She's all i dealt with

Melissa Cole has to be one of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service. She was snappy, cold, and mean. The front counter lady literally slid the glass shut in my face mid sentence.
Treating people like criminals during a drug test is pretty weird, and nearly made the experience worse. The rude employees, the awful mood, and just generally a not well run practice.
Hopefully the last time I ever have to interact with these people.

Drove 50 miles to get blood work done only to find out this place had closed early before my scheduled appointment. Lost 2 hours of work pay and gas money. Inconsiderate

I've visited this Labcorp twice to get blood drawn for tests. Both times, I was early and they got me in early, and I was completely done in under 10 minutes. They waste no time, which is great.

I’ve been here twice now for a blood draw, once with an appointment and once without. Both times I was in and out in less than 20 mins, and the tech doing my draw was kind & got me in the first stick. I will be back as needed!

I ALWAYS experienced anxiety whenever it was time for my routine blood work, mainly because I never knew if I'd have to deal with Janet. However, today was different. My experience with Misty was wonderful, relaxing, and friendly. She was warm, caring, humorous, and easy to converse with. Although she encountered some difficulty in locating my lab orders, she eventually found them. It seems like there's an internal organizational issue that needs addressed; perhaps implementing alphabetized folders for storing orders instead of having them all in one pile spanning weeks could be beneficial. Just a suggestion. Nonetheless, today's experience was essentially drama-free. Just knowing that I would not have to deal with Janet ever again made it feel like a six-star experience. I walked out with a smile on my face, rather than feeling worthless. Thank you Misty for your compassionate demeanor and professionalism!
