I asked for a shot to help clear up my sinus infection faster and was told they do not give injection for that! I have been to my family doctor and always gotten one to help! I was miserable all weekend and will probably have to take time off work to go to my family doctor!

The employees were uninspired and took a lot of time to complete tasks. I had an appointment for a simple drug screen. I waited over half an hour even with an scheduled appointment.

Very unhappy. Spent 1/2 hour on hold to follow up on a prescription that the pharmacy was out of stock on, to be told I would be called back...never happened, then find out they are charging me 465.00(I have insurance)for a visit I probably actually talked to a nurse about 15 minutes.

Recently visited this clinic and this experience left me unsatisfied. Unethical procedures, blood on the floor, over worked staff and lack of concern about patient and time spent with patient. I am deeply concerned about the potential for cross contamination for all procedures. I strongly urge the management to review and enhance there protocols to insure the safety of all patients.

Went in for stomach bug and Dr Long took great care of me.She listened and put me on the road to recover.I got better very fast.Dr Long is very knowledgeable and caring.Wish she had her own practice.

My boyfriend waited 30 minutes just to be seen when he had appointment. Was seen by the nurse for less than a minute. Waited another hour just to be told by the doctor to take DayQuil…. Don’t go here. Rude and disrespectful of your time.

I walked in an hour before closing (I checked my phone and the hours of operation). There was one family in the lobby (not sure how many were already taken back). The receptionist informed me that they were not taking any more patients. I asked if the Springdale location would take us. She told us to call them. She was not interested in helping us at all. Thankfully, the Springdale location took us right in. All I needed was a prescription for pink eye. It wasn't going to be an extensive exam or ordeal. But I won't recommend the Fayetteville location unless they change their procedures.

Ashlen was very helpful with my insurance question and made the check in process easy. Kat was very kind and understanding when doing my intake. Fonda the provider listened to my concerns and made me feel so much better.

My grandson was seen here on Sunday morning. Fever , sore throat, headache. Tested him for covid and the flu. Those were both negative. He was sent home with a prescription for drainage mom told to alternate Tylenol and Motrin for the high fever. Forward to Monday night still running high fever between doses of Tylenol and Motrin and so sick. Children’s hospital ER, 4 hours later… strep throat. Why didn’t they just test him for that at med express and save him a day and a have of misery??? Ridiculous:(

I used to love this place.. but tonight I went in to get a covid test as I have been exposed... They said that I would have to get a referral from my PCP to be seen?!? How ridiculous is that. This is an urgent care facility... I should not need a damn referral. I will never go there again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there or any medexpress

True professionals open when others were not. I was so impressed by the service I received from the receptionist, to the nurse, and the nurse practitioner. Quality people and excellent service!

Great care & service. Shelby is an excellent nurse. I experienced no pain with the injection.
