I've been a customer for over 5 years and won't change as long as they keep up the great rates and service.
I went to this store for the first time; which was to use my first upgrade purchase for a newer phone. The guy there; whose name I forgot now, was very knowledgeable and went patiently through the slightly more difficult process of getting my data and contents switched over from LG to my new Motorola.
So far, so good. I am hitting a few bumps with trying to get used to all of the extra Google garbage and Moto junk, but I'll get that all on a leash and in my control before it's time to disable them.
I recommend this store and Metro services.

Tldr: avoid this locationTook them 2 weeks to get my phone switched over. In the meantime i had to use my old and new phones to make and receive calls, one for each. I said i needed to do some research first and she said "You don't need to do that, I know all there is to know about these phones"; humoring her i asked about the different processors speeds and she went blank. Save your time and money and avoid this location.

My experience at this particular store was the best thanks to Gabriel and Brianna - those two people went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I can't remember when I've experienced such amazing customer service anywhere, and it's because of their good attitudes, smiles, and sense of humor making me feel welcome that I will return when it's time again. Those two deserve a raise!!!

Went to transfer SIM card to my new phone today and had a great experience! Dave(the store manager), his customer service was amazing and would definitely come back to this store if I have any troubles again!
