I arrived a few minutes before their stated closing time to find the screen down and closed for lunch. I simply let them know that I had arrived before the time they close. The woman was snappy and seemed indignant that I didn't know they close 5 mins before the stated time and went on to lecture me on the fact that it takes more than 5 mins to process an order. Hopefully a manager checks the reviews and can work with the staff on manners.

Horrible service, never again. Used the drive through after leaving the hospital and too sick to go in. They said they would call me when ready. They forgot to fill it and closed an hour later with me still waiting in the parking lot.

Unless you do not need your medication, and you also don't have a job that lets out at 5, that is the only way I would ever recommend this pharmacy. Like yes please continue closing even though it is dangerous for me not to have my meds

There is one lady that works in the pharmacy that is actually SO rude. Don't know her name but every time I come in she shouts and has no desire to give any type of customer service.

i've been going here for a year and i'm about to switch to an entire new place. My prescription is 80% of the time never ready when it's supposed to be. I cannot tell you how long i have sat trying to call them and get no answer. Just recently I had my doctor send over a new prescription and they put it on hold for 10 days until i called and asked why. He was able to immediately have it start being prepared. Confused why it was ever on hold, got no answer. Now it has taken so far 3 days to refill it, my recent order just says "in process". (it's a really simple one that comes in a package). i've been trying to call all day, no answer. Just go somewhere else for a pharmacy, i'm sick of going days without my medicine.

Good luck if you need medicine after bankers' hours. They close promptly at 6pm and there is no alternative.

1 hour 30 minutes on hold so far... Embarrassing. For me? Yeah probably. Shop local. Not Collier though, the Collier's son wouldn't shut up about his love of Rush Limbaugh, so that's that. Up to 1:36 by time of posting...

CVS Pharmacy just closed their pharmacy in my face "to close for lunch." No regard or comment from their staff as they shut their window in my face. They notified me my prescription was ready an hour earlier and to pick up. Literally, at 1:25 on the dot as I arrived at their drive through window, following the car who just left, they pulled their curtain down in front of me ignoring I had arrived for service. Due to my prescription plan I have no choice but to use CVS, but know I will be reporting the service to CVS corporate and my prescription provider

Twice I went to pick up a prescription at this location and first time it wasn't ready and the second time the man said it's 1:30 and he had to go to lunch. The prescription was ready to go but he just couldn't reach over and hand it over because he was going to lunch. I told him he can keep it and wish for a better customer service.

I would give them lower score if possible. So, my employer uses CVS, so I have no choice. I would never use CVS and assume they're only in business due to employer business through insurance. I can never get a hold of anyone on the phone for the store or the pharmacy. I could not schedule a covid vaccination as they only schedule online, but their website has a glitch or that was the error I received and the barely English speaking woman on the call center in another country didn't even know I was trying to call the local store by the local number and kept asking what my zip code was. I tried the phone call 3 times and resolved nothing. As far as using CVS as my pharmacy, well no other pharmacy is as difficult to deal with as CVS and no other pharmacy trys to "doctor" me like CVS does. CVS is just a pharmacy, give me my script and shut up, I don't want or need your advice and don't appreciate you changing the prescription that was written by my doctor, not a pharmacy technician. Please stop telling me the rules changed when my doctor says they haven't. Just please stop everything and fill the script, give it to me and leave it alone, it's none of your business. Oh, fix your phone lines, fix your website and stop lying to people. I hate CVS and would never go there again if I wasn't forced by my employer insurance.

Absolutely terrible service. No one ever answers the phone, and when they do they tell you they are out of your medication. Every time without fail, I have been having to call early to let them know that I will be filling my prescription in a few days so they can prepare and have it in stock. Yet still they don't stock it? Unacceptable

The drive through of this pharmacy is getting worse every time we go through. We have been using this pharmacy for five years and I'm finding a new one at thiS point. They are so slow and never full tHe prescriptions when they say they will. Peace out CVS.

The only CVS for twenty miles. They never answer the phone. I have to drive there (20min) every time i have a prescription question. I will call and hold multiple times and no one will ever answer the phone in the pharmacy. When I am there they are wonderful to me. When I call I can NEVER get through. They are open. They do not pick up the phone.

I'm now 3 days late on starting a new pack of bc & have driven 15 minutes to CVS for the last 3 days and have continued to leave empty handed because it seems no one here can figure out where my prescription is at. CVS in Springdale is a further drive for me but the pharmacists there seem to be concerned with my health and prescriptions unlike this location.

The customer service is great. I love that they go above and beyond and search for coupons/discounts so you don't have to pay full price. However, every time we get a script filled there...they don't have enough meds for the script to be filled. I know this happens every once and a while but this is EVERY time we get a script. How does a pharmacy not have Zofran handy? I don't think I can handle partial script fills and having to go back numerous times to get the rest. Scripts are for a reason. Sincerely, Pregnant with a stomach bug
