Zach is a personal trainer, in Northwest, Arkansas, who is very knowledgeable about form, movement and progression. He listens and tailors his sessions and plans to your goals. He is constantly adjusting his methods based on the latest research and incorporates nutrition, mindfulness and sleep into his personal training programs. You will get results!

Zach is very knowledgeable, and caters every meal plan to the specific person, as he is very thorough in his research before and during the consultation. I have always had trouble losing weight, even when I would cut calories and exercise more. I would have never thought to try the type of meal plan suggested to me on my own. And now I have finally started to shed the pounds and I feel healthier and more comfortable in my body. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with weight or health!

Zach has transformed my physical and mental well being. He is the first trainer I've worked with that has effectively communicated the importance of nutrition and physical training in a manner that really resonates. From educating me while walking the isles of the grocery store, to interpreting my physical body, together we've transformed. He works with multiple people but I wouldn't know it. When we work together he's dialed into ME. He educates me on my body type, he's learned my personality, and as a result, he knows how to get MY best efforts. AND, he provides resources on his website that are very timely and educational. The results I've achieved are exponential! I'm lucky to have found him. Muscles and Veggies, duh! Think about it! Results achieved will bring out the best in you/me! As far as I'm concerned we'll be partners for a very long time.

I have only been to a few classes and can tell you that Zack is a great guy! I am most impressed with his passion and true desire to help others. He does his research and encourages others to do so as well. Once I get settled in to my fall schedule, I will be hiring him to help me with some personal goals.
