Northwest Arkansas Mall is a clean and quiet place, especially during lunch hours when it is less crowded. It offers a good variety of stores, including popular options like JC Penney and a clothing store with affordable prices and name-brand items such as socks and underwear. The mall features a decent food court with various choices and clean bathrooms. Although many stores are empty or closed, it’s still enjoyable to walk through and see what is available. The mall also has some new pop-up shops, replacing older corporate stores, which reflects the shift toward online shopping. Visitors appreciate the simple, calm environment but should be cautious, as there have been reports of a strange man acting inappropriately outside a hair styling booth. Overall, the mall is a clean, quiet place suitable for a quick visit, but it is not the bustling shopping center it once was.
Pretty decent small it has changed over the years, but still has some thing for everybody
